My Protector

I stop walking in front of my full length body mirror, while holding a glass of wine on my right hand. I'm going out tonight, In a bar where I can spend and enjoy my time alone. I look at myself in the mirror, checking out if what I'm wearing is suited with my destination tonight. I'm wearing a black satin sleeveless shirt partnered with a black leather Jacket, A black skirt that is ending up above my knees and a pair of black boots with a pointed heels. I let my brown and curly hair down and put some red lipstick on my lips. '' Hmm... Sexy.'' I whisper at myself, but then I am still not satisfied so, I walked to my vanity desk and get my favourite black glowing chocker and walk back to my mirror again. '' Perfect. '' I'm already satisfied with my sexy look. So, I got my keys and purse then walk out of my house, get in the car and drove to the bar where I am going. When I arrive at my destination which is the bar, I can already hear the loud Music and noises inside. I started walking to get inside but I stopped in the front door when I saw a group of guys that is wearing a full black outfit. Just from looking at them, I can already sense that they are not here to party, but then I just shrugged it off and started walking again to enter the bar. I'm already a retired soldier and I don't want or I'm not going to involve myself with things that are related with my past job. I sat at the high stool chair that is placed at the bar counter. The bar tenter looked at me when he finally notice my presence. '' Give me a glass of bloody Mary. '' I said to him and smile. He nodded and proceed in making my order. I got my phone in my purse and look around the bar and notice that some of men are looking at me but I just ignore them and open the messages I got that came from my friends and family in the Philippines. I'm living in seattle since I was 18 and at the age of 19, I started joining the military. Some of the messages are checking up if I'm doing okay here and some are expressing their feelings of missing my presence and asking if when will I go home in the Philippines. The Bartender put the Bloody Mary that I order in the counter top and hand me some tissues. I give him a nod and express my thank you in small voice. While replying to the messages that I got, A Random guy suddenly sit beside me and move his chair more on my side then started looking intensely . I lowkey roll my eyes at his childish move and continue typing on my phone. I guess the guy notices that I don't give a damn about his move or presence so he started talking. " Hey, Sexy. Why are alone? Do you want me to accompany you." I still continue typing and ignore him but then he grab my wrist. " Hey, I'm talking to you. Why are you ignoring me?" That's it, I look at him with obvious irritation in my face. " Remove your f*****g hands on my wrist, Mr. I didn't give you any permission to f*****g touch me." Although my voice is still low and calm while talking, I still let him heard an evident disapproval. He suddenly remove his hand on my wrist. " I-i just w-want to know if you want someone to be with tonight. " Is this guy drunk or what? He look like a f*****g retard. I intently look at him. " Sorry, Mr. But I'm not here to look for a d**k. So please, Leave me alone." He nodded carefully and started walking away. Geez, I'm not even here for an hour or half but I already encountered this. After some minutes of calming myself. I started enjoying my bloody mary and the music of bar. I got up and start walking headed to the dance floor while holding my bloody mary in my right hand. When I reach the center of the dance floor. I just let my body moves along with the music that surrounds the bar. I swing my hips while closing my eyes then caress my thighs to my breast in a seductive way using my free left hand. The music is kind of seductive so, my way of dancing is seductive too. When I open my eyes to drink my bloody mary, I saw a lot of men looking at me with pure desire that shows evidently on their face. I just ignore them and continue dancing. I'm already enjoying dancing when suddenly, someone interrupted my moment. Someone bump into my back, Real hard that it makes my Bloody mary spill. " What. The. Fuck." I slowly look at my bloody mary that was spilled on the floor and on my leather jacket's sleeve. I inhale and exhale a lot of air before slowly looking at my back, ready to lash out with whoever interrupt my dancing. But then, I stop when I saw a group of men that surrounds a Guy that is holding a cigarette and a tequila. I look around and saw the crowd stop whatever they are doing and slowly moving backwards, giving space to the guys in the center of the dance floor. I tilted my head slightly and analyze the situation. They are those guys that I see outside. I shake my head and started walking. Like what I said, I won't involve myself with whatever thing that is connected with my past job. But then, I stop when I heard those guys talk. " Anderson, I know that we will see you here. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. Now is my chance of finally getting rid of you." The guy that is holding a tequila and cigarette laugh aloud that makes his opponents angry. " Do you think that you can finally kill me? That you and your boss can finally get rid of me? With that attitude of yours, No... I won't give you the pleasure." The guys baritone voice give shivers to my bones and I don't know why. I can't see his face clearly but then I think his gorgeous as hell. The guy that seems like the leader of the group give signal to his underlings. As I scanned all his opponents, The total of them is 14 plus the leader makes them 15. I can see that the guy holding a cigarette is pretty strong based on his body built but then I don't think he can fight with those fifteen guys with a body built of like a wrestler. They started moving towards him slowly. The guy became alert, Someone tried to punch him but He is pretty fast, He nudge it and swing his left shoulder, Aiming his fist directly to the face of his opponent, The opponent become dizzy and move backwards. One down? That fast? Another opponent hold his shoulder but then he move swiftly, Holds his opponents hand and throw it on the floor. " He's pretty strong." I nodded as I whisper it to myself. Another opponent tried to go near him but before he can do that, The opponent receive a kick directly at his face. " That's a lame move." I guess the Guy can finish all his opponent quickly. Another opponent attack him but then he managed to defeat them quickly. Fifteen minutes have past since the fight started but then it's still not over. The opponents are keep on recovering and I can already see the exhaustion on that gorgeous man's face. The game plan of the opponent suddenly Change. All of them started attacking him, making the guy confused. They finally hold both of the guys hands and the leader give full blown punch aiming at the gorgeous guy's face. " You're too full of yourself, Anderson. Look what will happen to you." They started punching and kicking him. I look around and saw that no one bother to help the gorgeous guy. I roll my eyes and started walking towards them. I guess, I will break my promise, that never involve myself with this things again. " Hey'' I tap the back of one of the opponent and smiled seductively to him. I saw how his face filled with desire. " Hi, Sexy.'' He completely faced me and caress my face slowly. I smile more seductively to him then caress his hand that is in my face. I slowly put my face near his ears then whisper something to him. " I'm sorry... But you're not my type." I hold this hand that is in my face tightly then twisted it to my right side hardly that makes him shout with you so much pain. I saw how his Co-members stop punching that gorgeous guy and look at me with so much confusion. The leader suddenly walk towards me. " Ms. You are interrupting an important event. Let go of his hand." I smile again and let go the hands of the man that I am holding and then push him to his boss. The guy look at me angrily. " Aww. Poor boy. Hurted by a girl." I smirk, When I saw how angry the guy is. " You, b***h!" He move fast towards me but before he reach my spot, I move my right feet backwards for preparation then when he is near me already, I lift my legs up aiming at his face while letting my body turn 45 degrees. The next thing they knew the guy is already on the floor. Sleeping. I put my legs down and look at them. Yeah, look at your member who just got a taste of my roundhouse kick. The leader of the opponent look at me with so much surprise in his face, saying " WHAT.THE.FUCK!" Their leader angrily shouted and give signal to his members. They suddenly starts to walk towards me. I started positioning my body in a fighting gesture then give a full blown punch to a guy at my left side aiming at his nose, Then I saw at my peripheral vision that a fast moving guy is heading towards me on my right but I swiftly maneuver my body to face his side then lift my leg and give him a front kick that aims at his face. He stumbled on the floor because of the impact that is given by my kick. I suddenly laugh when I saw how the other members become stunned, When they saw what happened to the two guys. " What? Is this the first time you saw a lady fighting with guys? Lame." " Is this all you've got? I feel like I'm just having a playtime fight with a kid." Their faces become really angry upon hearing what I have said and it makes me laugh so hard again. They started moving fast heading towards me and I position and ready myself again. Punching, kicking, punching, kicking. Things are starting to get boring. I thought that it will be hard for me to win over them but then, I guess my intuition is wrong. I inhale and exhale some air first, before facing their boss that is looking at me with so much fear and surprise. " Hmmm... Look. All your underlings are now lying on the floor. What are you waiting for? C'mon and let's finish this." I started walking at him but then I stop, when something hit my head. I look at my back and saw that one of member is still standing. For a moment, My vision got blurry and held my head.. God, Is this because of the thing that hits my head or because of the bloody mary? I closed my eyes for a minute to control my dizziness. When my dizziness got away, I heard the leader spitting some dumb shits that makes my blood boil. " Haha! Is that all you've got? You're just a girl! You can't win over us! Just go and be a whore." I step my right leg backwards, then swiftly lift it up towards the face the leader, aiming the sharp heels of my boot to his right eye. " Don't you dare! Discriminate a women's power. One wrong move and the heel of my boot will dug into your eyes." I saw how his face become colorless. I inhale a lot of air before slowly putting my legs down. The leader's face was replace with relief when my foot landed on the floor. I look at the gorgeous guy that is lying on the floor and walks towards him. I check his pulse. He's still breathing luckily even if his face is covered with blood. I stand up, Look around and saw that the people are still not moving. Tss, I Guess, I need to do this alone. I get the man's arm turn my back on him then gather my strength to put him on my back. " Argh.." I groan when I feel his heavy weight. The f**k? One year after I retire Military then I already can't lift things? I tried standing up and luckily, I do it. I am now carrying him in a piggy back ride way. I look around and roll my eyes. " You don't have any heart, Fuckers?" I started walking towards the door of the bar. " Why is this man so f*****g heavy?" It gives a hard time to reach my car that is park outside. "Arrrghhh... Another Hard level." I realized that my purse is still inside the bar. This! Whatever I am doing is like a freaking that have a lot of levels that is need to accomplish in order to finish the mission. I put the man beside my car. I need to leave him for a moment and get inside the bar for my purse, real quick. I started running towards the bar then got inside. When I reach the counter top, I searched for my purse but it is nowhere to be found. I look everywhere but I don't see any purse and then suddenly a guy tap my shoulder. It is the bartender. He smile and handed me my purse. " You forgot your purse, a moment ago when you go to the dance floor. So, I hide it, incase that you will come back and look for it." I got my purse on his hold and then give him a slightly bow. " Thank you." I quickly walk towards the outside of the bar. I beaten the opponent, So I think they won't be able to go outside anymore? I stop suddenly when I realize something. " Why I am too worried?" This is weird, I shouldn't be this worried with that man, Right? I just shrugged that thought off and continue walking fast. When I reach my car. I felt relieved because the guy is still lying beside my car. I get my keys on my purse then open my car. Again, I gather all my strength to put the guy on the shotgun seat. I reach for the seat belt so I need to lean on him. I suddenly smell his luxurious perfume. God, This man is sexy and gorgeous at the same time is his smell. I shake my head to remove the thoughts in my head. Diane? Get a hold of yourself! I put his seat belt and run towards the side of the driver's seat. I get inside and drove heading to the nearest hospital. When we reach the hospital, I call some nurse to help me get the guy in a stretcher. " What happen to him?" The nurse asked me. " He got beaten by some group of men in a club." We are heading towards the Emergency room but then before I can go inside a nurse stop me. " Miss, You can't go inside. Please just wait here." I nodded then stay outside the E.R I got my phone inside my Purse and look at the time. It's already One in the morning. Some nurses are passing by but before they past by they are giving me a look. Maybe because of what I am wearing. A nurse suddenly appeared in front of me. " Miss, This are the phone and wallet that we got from the patient. Ow, Can I know your relationship with the patient?" I bit my lower lip and a small smile formed into my lips when I got an Idea. Since maybe this is the last time that I might see him, I will just use the moment. " His girlfriend, I am his girlfriend." I confidently said. The nurse nodded and give the man's wallet and phone to me. " Please contact his family and let them know what happened. The patient is still at the E. R and currently undertaking some test." I nodded and express my thank yous to the nurse. When the nurse left, I started opening the man's phone. " Ehh? No password?" That is weird? All the people I know put some pass code on their phone. Geez, I can already sense this man's weirdness. When I open his phone, I saw his phone's wallpaper. Him, Carrying a cute little puppy. Wow, cute. They look alike. I press the contact icon then search for any names like dad, daddy or what. I didn't saw any names of a family so I just call the number of a person that is registered in contacts as 'Darryl, Best men' After a few rings, The other line finally answer the phone. " What the f**k, Liam? It's already one in the morning and you're still disturbing me. I'm currently gaining some sleep here, dude. So, if what you are going to say isn't an emergency, I'll punch when I go to your house tomorrow." I put the phone down because of the person in the other line's voice. He said a lot of things. " Hello? Hello, Liam? Is this a prank call?" I inhale and exhale a large amount of air. " Hello.." The other line went silent when I speak but then after a moment he began talking again. " Hey? Who the f**k are you? Why are you using my friends phone? Are you a snatcher? Or some random that my friend ride with? Hey?" I bit my lower lip, f**k he's so noisy. " Hey! You still there? Give the phone to my best friend." " Mr, calm the f**k down, Will You!" I lost my patience, God. " Your friend is in the hospital right now. He got involve in something, A group of beat him." " WHAT? WHERE? WHAT HOSPITAL IS HE IN?" There is an evident worry in the man's voice. I stated the hospital that we are in then tell the man to come quickly before cutting the phone call. I waited for another couple if minutes before the man arrives. He look so tall and handsome as well but then, The gorgeous guy inside the E. R right now is more handsome and sexy for me. The guy run towards me. " Are you the one who I talk with on the phone?" I nodded and handed him the phone and wallet of his friend. " Some of group of guys beaten the hell out of your friend. He is currently inside the E. R. The nurse said that they are going to run some test to him. " The guy nodded. " Thank you for helping my friend and sorry for consuming a lot of your time. " " It's okay. So, I need to go." I smiled and nodded. " Wait? Can I know your name?" I smiled again. " Miracle Diane."
