The company belongs to Dad, so whenever there’s a problem with the Sutton Clan, it always worries her.
But now it’s the Walyons handling things, and Summer Sutton can only worry; before she takes back the company, she can’t do anything.
Summer Sutton felt terrible, distractedly watching the news, like a defeated rooster.
"In a bad mood?" Adrian Walyon asked knowingly.
"Getting involved with you for no reason, can my mood be good?" Summer Sutton answered irritably.
Adrian Walyon knew she wasn’t telling the truth but didn’t hold it against her.
"Something on your mind?" Adrian Walyon asked again.
He had a gut feeling that it wasn’t as simple as what had just happened.
Summer Sutton slumped her head, ignoring him.
"Were you bullied?" Adrian Walyon asked again.
"Are you going to help me bully them back?" Summer Sutton raised her face in response.
She was actually defying him, never expecting Adrian Walyon wouldn’t take her words as a joke.
"Marry into the Walyon Family, get registered, and whoever you want to bully, I’ll help you!" he said earnestly, holding her hand.
Summer Sutton was stunned, staring at him for a long time without snapping out of it.
Why did she hear a sense of pampering in his words?
But marriage is a big deal. She had only known him for a day, Summer Sutton knew nothing about him, and she didn’t want to carelessly gamble her life away.
"It’s unreasonable to get married without giving someone a chance to think." She turned her back, neither rejecting nor agreeing, "Give me some time."
She had obviously retracted her sharp edge, not like she was intentionally dragging things with him.
Adrian Walyon thought about it and felt she was right, then agreed, "Give me an answer in a week, and stay here for now."
...
The Walyons.
William Sutton had just dropped Gina Sutton off at school when he received a call from the Walyons.
Gina Sutton quickly washed her face and went to the Walyons with William Sutton.
The incident was too sudden, she even touched up her makeup on the car.
In the garden, the father and daughter walked side by side. As they walked, William Sutton instructed her, "The Walyons are a large family with a deep background; when you meet anyone at the family later, be careful."
"Dad, I know, I’ll handle it well," Gina Sutton assured him.
"Gina, you know, thanks to your grandfather, the Walyons favor our family. You have to make good use of this chance. If the Walyons like you, this marriage will basically be settled. Once we ally with the Walyons, our family’s power won’t be something ordinary people can compare to."
"Dad, what are you worried about? Which elders don’t like me?" Gina Sutton cuddled up to his arm affectionately, acting cute.
"Also, don’t let the Walyons know about Summer’s existence. If the Walyons ask about her later, do you know what to say?" This was William Sutton’s biggest concern, and the only stumbling block for Gina in the Walyons.
"Just say she died in a car accident with her dad ten years ago." Gina Sutton replied without even thinking.
"If they don’t ask, don’t bring it up yourself, understand? Saying too much can lead to mistakes."
"Understood, Dad."
The father and daughter discussed everything and followed the servant who came to receive them into the hall.
They were received by Paul Walyon and Diana Wood.
"Hello, Uncle, Aunt!" Gina Sutton greeted as soon as she walked in, politely addressing them.
In front of elders, she always appeared gentle and obedient, her manner giving off a kind and soft impression. Indeed, elders typically liked such girls.
"Please sit!" Diana Wood scrutinized her thoroughly, smiled, and was quite satisfied with her.
The father and daughter sat down, making four people in the living room, and they continued chatting about many things.
They talked about the Old Master of the Walyon Family and Summer Sutton’s grandfather, discussed the Sutton Family’s company, and talked about Adrian Walyon.
When Adrian Walyon was mentioned, Diana Wood suddenly blurted out, "Gina, do you remember Adrian? You came to our house when you were very young, so you must have met him!"
"Huh?" Gina Sutton was stunned.
When she was very young?
This was her first time coming to the Walyon Family; as a child, she never came here. The person Diana Wood mentioned wasn’t her.
Her mind only reacted slightly, quickly realizing that Diana Wood probably couldn’t tell her apart from Summer Sutton.
Gina Sutton’s hand around the teacup tightened slightly, her smile stiffened, but soon returned to natural.
"Auntie, I was way too young then!" she said awkwardly, glossing over the matter.
"Indeed." Diana Wood felt she was being a bit forceful.
What could such a young child remember?
Moving past this, she started talking about other things.
Gina Sutton and her father spent quite a long time at the Walyon Family and only left after dinner.
Diana Wood initially had the household staff call Adrian Walyon, hoping he’d come back to meet Gina, but Adrian declined using the excuse of being too busy.
Adrian didn’t even get to meet Gina Sutton, so Diana Wood didn’t immediately agree to the marriage proposal, planning to invite the father and daughter again when Adrian was available.

Sutton Gardens.
The name of Adrian Walyon’s private villa, named by the developers during its purchase.
Now, with Summer Sutton moving in, the originally hollow name seemed to suddenly have a soul.
Sutton Gardens, a villa bearing her surname, stood quietly here as if destined to await her arrival.
At this moment in the villa, Summer Sutton was surrounded by a large group of people, being measured.
After her previous escape attempt, Adrian Walyon couldn’t be bothered to leave the house, and instead invited heaps of designers over, intending for everything she needed to be custom-made for her at home.
Summer Sutton had no intention of staying here long-term and refused to cooperate.
"I’ve said so many times it’s unnecessary! Don’t you understand?" After being tugged around by this group for almost three hours, her patience was nearly worn out.
She spoke sternly, and the group seemed intimidated, stopping their actions and turned their eyes one by one towards Adrian Walyon sitting nearby.
"You all may leave!" Adrian Walyon ordered coldly without difficulty, and the group of designers quietly exited the room.
Summer Sutton breathed a sigh of relief, thinking she was free, but Adrian Walyon locked the room door behind him and stepped towards her.
His pace was slow, his gaze fixed on her face, footsteps measured and steady.
Summer Sutton retreated a few steps, her guard suddenly raised, "What do you intend to do?"
Adrian Walyon cornered her against the wall, turning her around, pressing her against it. His tall body leaned in from behind, his hand lifting her clothes and reaching inside.
"If you don’t want them doing the measuring, I think Miss Sutton will prefer me doing it personally!" His aim was direct, hand moving towards a specific area.
The straightforwardness of his actions made Summer Sutton’s face flush red instantly.
