Amani was exhausted. It had been a long night , there was music and dancing , mingling, getting to know her new protectors and telling them her plans for the foreseeable future. Motono had told them where the current location was for their new kingdom and where the castle was currently under construction. As they were talking, Amani and Rue also had rituals they had to complete with the eclipse water and blessing the earth. Adding protection to the kingdom's defenses and boarders sending jars of healing eclipse water to the troops protecting the boarders of their lands. The water reenergizes the warriors while on patrol and elevates their fatigue. she was getting to know her destined wolf, who originally was only going to make an appearance once she was 21 years old, when she would naturally end up meeting her mate Motono when she went to take over her role as village leader and Shaman.

Gina was wise and Amani was surprised to realize that her teacher in the spirit realm had not been Gina but the wolf of her own mother. It would seem that her mother's wolf could be said to be Gina's mother as well. It made sense to Amani as the wolves of werewolves were their ancestors, just like regular wolves were the ancestors of humans as well . Though she had come to believe any animal might just be someone's ancestor. Upon reuniting with Gina, her knowledge seemed to have increased exponentially . Her powers had also increased and when she transformed into her wolf form this morning she had realized her whole form had changed as well . Gina was her original wolf, so when she had been bit it hadn't been a full curse transformation like what happened to normal humans, instead, her body had been trapped by a magic spell similar to what had happened to Pearl with that dart aimed at her. Gina could not be released before her 21st birthday when she was destined to become queen, but due to the elementals making her their queen, Gina had finally been released. Her fur was still roan, her eyes a vibrant green , but strewn across her fur there were glyphs. In her human form she had what looked like permanent bruises on her skin in the form of the same glyphs. Around her neck she wore a dragon scale necklace. It was cold against her skin , it shined beautifully in the sunlight. She tucked it under her shirt and after brushing her hair, she wore a plain coronet which had the same gem stones as her more decorative crown from last night . That crown was not for everyday use but for ceremonial purposes and important events. This one had been left for her on her nightstand while she slept. She felt a little shy at the thought that Motono might wear one today as well, but she vaguely remembered they had spoken about waiting to announce their connection tomorrow night at the Royal Ball.

Amani walked into the dining room and smiled at her family all sitting in their seats. She was wearing a blouse with a skirt with flat walking shoes. The counsel was also at the table this morning to discuss what they were expecting for tomorrow evening. "Amani, thank you for finally joining us this morning. If you haven't yet found a partner for the ball, we will set up a meet and greet with some young available suitors for you to pick from , not as a chosen mate just as a date for the ball." she smiled kindly taking her seat "thank you for your offer but I already have a partner for the Ball as well as a prospective mate , therefore please do not worry yourself any further as once I leave this kingdom I will be setting up my kingdom which other than being an ally to you has absolutely nothing to do with you as I am the heir to that Kingdom and my people are waiting anxiously for my return , I can no longer allow them to wait for my return any longer than needed so once my safety can be gaurenteed I will return home to them." she spoke calmly just then Motono , Marthius and Rue walked in "Amani your highness we were looking for you , the thing you asked for is finally finished" Rue walked over to her and handed her two crystal pendants "thank you Rue " smiling she took them from her friend and walked over to her aunt and uncle bowing in front of them "last night was a new moon eclipse please accept these crystal pendants full of my love and hopes of health and happiness for you." she held the crystals out to them and they each took one with a smile on their lips "thank you " they said in unison putting the crystals over their heads. Some of the Counsel members looked like they wanted to say something about them but held their tongues, knowing anything they said would be taken as an offense by all but the counsel members. Amani returned to her seat and smiled at Motono who was sitting next to her while her friends were further down the end of the long wooden table. "Cousin Amani, I really like your crown , it's so pretty", one of her young cousins sitting across from her said with a big smile and shining eyes Amani smiled at her "why thank you , but yours is really pretty too" she responded back making the young princess smile brightly with a look of pride on her face.

After they had eaten breakfast, Amani zoned out and barely heard a word of what the counsel had talked about. A few members had tried to get her to disclose who her presumptive mate was but she just smiled. " You will know when the time comes" was all she would say on the matter. She was listening to elementals in her mind while the rest of the world around her seemed to be in tune with the real world. She could feel evil trying to breech the boarders she was unaware that to her aunt and those around her she looked like a doll with glassy glazed over eyes as her mind wandered along the country side she was looking down at what appeared to be wolves battling " I need to smell their scent" she wasn't sure who she was speaking to but they obliged her her eyes snapped back to reality as the scent hit her nose "Otaktay's rogues are attacking " she said outloud causing people to gasp the king rose from his chair "where? can you show me on the map? someone quick grab a map!" he called out in a matter of minutes there was a map in front of her and she was trying to recall what she had seen "it was a good two or three villages away on the other side of the mountain" she pointed to a spot on the map "that is pretty close to the dragon territory , so I do not think they will get any closer by going that way they are likely coming through this way " she pointed a little further off before continuing to talk " but they are attacking the wolves and the intent I felt was that they are bloods thirsty" her uncle looked at her thoughtfully "I need to go talk to the troops and allies near by there I cannot send any of our royal units since we need them for tomorrow night and this could be a ploy to get us to lower our defenses" as he spoke many of the men at the table were nodding , the children had already been taken away earlier for lessons "make sure all my children remain safe, I will not spare any lives if I lose a child of mine again" she threatened the guards standing by the door who ran away down the hall.
