What is Amani

Rue and Marthius spent the night going over a journal that seemed to have some good information in it. At first it intrigued Rue because it spoke of the werewolves, Then it spoke of the vampires and lastly the witches . It spoke of Diana Goddess of the Hunt how she protected the werewolves and woman-kind . She read of Hecate and the underworld she read of Mother earth and more . She felt as though she was reading the most amazing fantasy crossed history book she had ever gotten lucky enough to get her hands on. She had decided to continue reading it first thing in the morning after she had dressed and washed her face . She had thought the old stories of the gods would continue until she came to a sentence she had to reread a few times before she turned and asked Marthius for confirmation "ugh Marthius, is it true usually werewolves or vampires do not tend to have several traits from different species?" he looked up at her "what do you mean?" well this here "on rare occurrences a witch can be of any known and even unknown race/species however those that have gifts of the elements usually are limited to human born people or hybrids born from a human parentage. Only someone turned into a vampire or werewolf should have gifts usually given to either of the species and it has been observed that some witches who have become werewolves maintain their gifts, but when turned into vampires they may lose the elemental magics they once possessed but may receive a vampiric gift . Witches turned into werewolves can only perform their magics in human form except for a reborn god and one other special wolf who has been prophesied as being a seer of extreme power it may be possible for other powerful wolves to be able to do the same but none have ever tried " She read out he shrugged his shoulders "honestly I am not a scholar of these types of things so much as military tactics and strategies so I am not really sure but I do know that a vampire can drink blood from people without killing or turning them into vampires and the Princess of Vampires has rules in place that only those that want to be turned can join the ranks of vampires there is a hotel chain of sorts where you can go to be turned into many different things including vampires it's hard to locate so that only those who are desperate for such changes may find them. The place where Amani was taken when she was kidn*pped used to be a place like that once upon a time as it was an old abandoned vampire castle of small caliber. The vampires were run off by an accomplice of Otaktays before he took it over as his own." Rue thought about what he said. "Hmmm I never knew that about vampires. I always thought that once they bit you that was it you were now an undead blood sucker, so theoretically speaking, if you and I had a kid together one of our DNA's would be stronger and more dominate than the other, but they could potentially wield magic as well right ? " he smiled at her mischief twinkling in his eyes " so you want to have my babies already huh?" she rolled her eyes but did not deny it " so we know that Amani's father was a healer with the element of Spirit and would be considered part of the witches while her mother was what? a wolf? hybrid mix or something? or was her mother maybe a reborn god? how do we figure out what Amani is at this point? can we even figure out what prophecy may or may not be about her or the young princess? " Marthius had been thinking then stopped for a moment "wait a minute , Shaman's have another name they go by in other places of the world . Our tribes use this term but in these parts a more common word is used" Rue was confused since she actually wasn't familiar with the Shaman. "What do they call Shaman in these parts then?" she felt a shiver in her belly "Seers , Oracles or Prophets depending on what area you are from" he said with a sombre face "oh" was all she could get out as the book fell from her numb fingers. With a dry mouth, Rue stared at Amani who had just walked into the room looking refreshed if not a bit uncomfortable in a long classy dress made for someone of her rank. " Good morning did you find out anything? I learned many things but it didn't look to me to be anything we could really use", Rue looked at Marthius who gave her an encouraging smile. " We found some interesting stuff but we aren't really sure what it all means yet, and if it's useable information or if it has just given more questions than answers" that had not only Amani's attention but Motono's who had just walked in as well but before they could talk about it the Queen followed by her children entered the room " good morning everyone , I hope you slept well. Breakfast is more intimate than supper was usually it will only be myself and the children so we can drop most formalities so feel free to talk openly and freely at our table" with a smile she motioned them to enter the room they had eaten in the night before . The table was full of delicious looking food Amani could feel the drool pooling in her cheeks and made her way to the table with wide eyes. Raphaelita chuckled as her children all gathered around her babbling as they were going to their seats Amani felt a weird sensation along her skin she then heard a howl before anyone could figure out what was happening there was a loud yelp and Pearl laid on the ground having been hit with a dart that seemed to have been aimed originally at Amani until Pearl had jumped in front of it. Pearl lay on the ground whimpering while her brothers and sister had all ran to hide except Rufus who was growling towards the direction the dart had broken through the window. The queen was next to her daughter crying while Amani was also crying over Pearl Amani was panicking, not wanting to lose pearl who had selflessly sacrificed her well being to save Amani. She could not let anything happen to this beautiful pure soul but she still hadn't learned how to heal someone and she did not know what the dart may have been dipped in, but the red energy she could see with her inner eyes told her it was bad news so she could not lick her wound to heal her that way . Amani closed her eyes reached deep into the magical energies under the earths crust and begged "please anyone who is willing to help me save this innocent she wolf please help me save her and I will help you with something in return that will not take or harm another's way of life, spirit, body, mind or soul " She knew even in her panic that she had to be careful with her words she was flooded by magic energy filling her so much she thought she may burst she heard a voice in her head then "imagine a thin scalpel with your fingers then slice at that red spot will the thin flame to hunt down all this bad energy she focused on her magic sight and did as the voice said , as she did that she thought she felt a presence in her mind it felt cool and washed over her with calm "now send the water to wash away the toxins direct it all to her lower half so she can get all the bad stuff out her body " she nodded then as she focused on what she was doing she spoke in a voice that sounded different to her own ears "get some water into her body we need to try to get her to pee out the toxins" as she was focusing she noticed a mint smell in her nose and noticed a light green energy that was healing the other parts of the body she hadn't yet gotten to and she could recognize the aura that person had that smelled like a mix of mint and evergreen it was Rue working her healing magic with her but she could tell she was running out of energy . Amani had never transferred her energy to anyone before but before she was aware of what she was doing she had reached out her hand holding onto Rue's and felt the magical energies in her body being passed on to her friend whose magical scent and power had grown stronger with the contact she felt Rue let go of her hand after a few more seconds and looked around with her magical eyes noticing there was no more bad energy she could see lingering , she released a small amount of magical energy to help Pearl feel re energized instead of sluggish from the ordeal as she looked towards Pearls heart she thought she saw a wolves eyes before she returned to her own body. She released all the unused energy back into the earth "thank you for your help once I wake up we can talk about your repayment for your help " she spoke to the unseen beings that had helped her before she passed out from over-exertion.
