The day before the KD event as they had come to call it, a group of them went to go scope out the surrounding area they would all be in . Amani had her barrier up and they needed to know how good it was and have other plans in place. The barrier worked for the weather but they did not know how well it worked against any enemies. There were about fifty of the guards with Motono and Amani, they were all going to spread out over the border of her barrier that was about a ten minute walk in each direction that faced territory that was not commonly used. Amani was standing there with her eyes closed, focusing on where the barrier ended in front of her.
