I don't know what I did to make my parents angry at me. They seem to be ok with each other but not with me. I have to be at the university to register today still and if my father is not going to pay for my education I have no idea how to go from here. My father is saying he's paid for my first year to get me going and he has gotten me a "great job" at a diner. I should be ok as his father did the very same for him I should thank my lucky stars that I have such"Living,caring parents". When I leave he calls me back and says keep that document safe girl it's the only one you are getting from me. I take the paperwork and leave with a heavy heart. When I am out I remember my bag I Left in the study The door is not properly closed, that is when I hear them talking my father is saying that he is tired of my mother always babying "that girl. That is me, and he drops a bomb shell by saying "She isn't even my real child, I don't want to have anymore responsibilities towards her."She doesn't want to work and I am sure she won't even look at that document so what is the point in me even trying to just keep giving tons of money to a Brat like her anyway." That is all I need to hear and then I turn and I am just about to go when my mother comes out of the study with my bag. Luckily I was far enough away from the study that she must have thought I didn't hear anything they were talking about. I was very upset but I decided not to show her how I am feeling right now. Tears and sorrow can come later right now I compose myself and put on a bright face. She says that I must take the taxi that is waiting to take me to the university and I will receive instructions from the driver they gave him a letter I should read. She will phone me later and explain. My whole life I believed in my father and mother right now I have so little to live for but I am stubborn and I won't quit they say I am useless but I'm not
