I didn't need to turn around to know who was speaking. The scent of expensive cologne mixed with arrogance was unmistakable. Dominic Hayes, Hadrian's best friend and my longtime antagonist.
Cora, my wolf, bristled beneath my skin as I slowly turned to face him. "Dominic. What an unpleasant surprise."
His lips curled into a sneer as he looked me up and down, taking in my work clothes and grease-stained hands. "Heard you broke the mate bond with Hadrian. Couldn't handle being Luna Blackwood anymore?"
Several nearby wolves paused their conversations, sensing the brewing confrontation. Nothing excited pack wolves more than the promise of drama.
"My relationship with Hadrian is none of your business," I replied calm
