Chapter 5: One Last Time

Bane smiled, “ such strong words from someone who is herself in a tight situation... I am seriously glad that Athen isn’t here, It would be a pity to see a beauty like you ravaged and destroyed by a beast like him,” He looked at her in disdain, “good luck with the guys.” he turned to leave, then again stopped and looked at her, “by the way, all your curses apply to humans,” he smiled at her with a weird expression. Adira saw something unusual in his eyes and felt a shiver run down her spine. He continued to stare at her deeply, then he came closer to her,
“We.. are not Humans.” he whispered, tight lipped like he’d just dropped a bomb, his stare deepened further, terrifying her,then suddenly his mouth fell open and a long forked tongue was thrown out which wiggled and quickly disappeared into his mouth, the movement happened so fast that Adira thought she’d just imagined it all as Bane’s ugly face broke into a smirk as he held his wife Tania in his arms, turned around and simply left, leaving Adira with goosebumps all over her skin.
The men all stood up from the table and began approaching her after Bane left.
The ring was beginning to lower down as about 10 to 12 hungry men, including Bane’s father walked to her. Adira looked at everyone.She did not know how but when she was laid down, it was on a bed instead of the floor.
“No, please, Mr. Woodson, you’re like a father to me, please let me go, I beg you all .. please.” she cried uncontrollably now, unable to hold herself, eyes filled with horror and fear.
“Sweetie, don’t worry, Ill treat a precious gem like you with warmth and affection, just like a good daddy,” Bane’s father who suddenly looked ugly to Adira leered at her as he reached his hand out to touch her skin,
“Be a good girl and daddy will handle you just fine, wow, you got such sexy breasts , can’t wait no more to discover what lies beneath that pink panty of yours.” Elton jeered at her as he groped and kneaded her breast while the others gathered around her.
Her pleadings for mercy were ignored and gradually turned into sobs then whimpers as a pair of hands roughly tore apart the remaining bit of clothing on her, the men’s eyes turned devilishly lusty at the sight before them and she felt like a thousand worms walked over her body as they touched her everywhere.
The men were so blinded with lust that they did not bother to take notice of subtle changes in Mahira’s skin, all they could think about was of the virgin hole that lay open before them.
“Look at the b*tch acting up all high and mighty despite being so eager that she came dressed up to f*ck,” said someone in the group referring to her pink lingerie.
Tears continued to roll out of Adira’s eyes as she kept pleading fervently, but to no avail.She could no more differentiate between her body discomfort or pain, she simply went numb.
As the men closed in on her she was compelled to finally accept the inevitable, she knew she could no more fight these wolves, she continued to cry, struggle, whimper and beg as she endured the trauma and humiliation, subduing her pain. The hungry men devoured her body ruthlessly, shamelessly touching, pinching, groping and wildly rampaging on her modesty like there was no tomorrow while the music blared aloud .
She recalled the innocent face of Aryan, his innocent ways of expressing his love to her and her ruthless ways of crushing it. she remembered his angelic face, yes, suddenly his face felt angelic, his smile felt like homecoming to her, she recalled the way he saved her that evening, just after she had humiliated him.She didn’t even know if he was alive or dead, but she knew she would be dead soon as she regretted not going to hospital instead.
“Retribution... yes this is my retribution for causing all the pain and humiliation to you Aryan,” then she suddenly remembered her promise
“Adira, I am sorry If I hurt you, but I always loved you, not in this life time, but pro.. promise me that in your next lifetime, you will love only me.. please,” like he had a premonition that she would die soon, she thought.
Another tear from her endless stream fell from the corner of her eye as the last of the men left her lifeless, limp, bruised and battered body, yet she had a smile on her face, “Yes, I promise, I shall take birth again, only to fulfil my promise to you and in next lifetime, I shall love only you.. Aryan.”
One final time, as all the men stood around her zipping up, she looked at each and everyone’s face, she would remember them well.. They made a collective sound of hissing as they had ugly smiles on their faces.
One final time, she cursed Bane and all of them and promised to avenge herself
One final time, she again recollected Aryan’s beautiful face , innocent smile and innocent eyes
One final time, she recalled the loving faces of her mom, dad and Dave
One final time, she shut her eyes, praying fervently that she would get to come back, to love and to avenge
One final time...
The eerie pindrop silence of the room was pierced by an approaching sound of solid footsteps made by clicking of hard heels hitting the floor surface, the steps became gradual and slow as the sound grew louder until the person came to a stop by the group of men who looked like they’d seen a ghost.
Athen paled out when his gaze fell on the object of everyone’s stupor. A sight that was to be dreaded for the years to come, a sound that would hound their ears for ages and a curse that would haunt their generations forever.
He caught in his palm a part of what remained of Adira’s body as her body fragmented and vanished into thin air with a sudden blinding flash of light , without anyone’s knowledge, he simply put it in his pocket and walked away.
He knew well that this was to be his weapon to deal with the oncoming danger over his family of serpents in future.
