Prologue
"Alexandra, please listen to me. You have to run away. Run as far as you can."
"My love, no I can not do that. How can I leave you in this forsaken city? If they find you, they will kill you."
"Please, Alexandra, listen to me. They do not have any power to kill me. They can only imprison me. Please, I beg of you. Run now and do not look back. Save your life and the child growing inside you. No one in this world is going to accept what we have. No one will accept our love or the fruit of our love. Please, I beg you to run away."
He tried to push her towards the back door, but she did not want to leave him behind. They could hear the shouting of hundreds of people coming closer. It was the last chance he could give Alexandra to save her life before their separation, until who knew how long.
Finally, Alexandra tightened her dark black clock over her shoulders and put on the hoodie to hide her face and identity before running into the darkness. He watched her figure melting away into the dark woods with a pang of guilt in his heart. It was all his fault. He fell in love with a creation he was not able to live with and put her life in danger in the process. He was only able to pray to the Lord above for his beloved's protection and the safety of his unborn child.
Suddenly, he heard a loud crash and the front door burst open. Huge flames engulfed the front yard and people were circling the house from every corner. It was nothing for him, as he could easily melt into the thin air and vanish away before they ever laid a hand on him, but what made him stop was not the destruction of the house, rather the screams of his beloved Alexandra, who was captured by the villagers soon after she fled into the woods. There were people behind the trees waiting for them to run into the woods and capture them smoothly.
He was frozen into the place. He couldn't understand how they were able to capture her so quickly. He roared into the air. He spread his arms like an eagle to transform, but something slowly crept into his bones and was making him unable to transform into a beast. There were five temple priests who were enchanting something and he was unable to move. Slowly he was pinned down on the ground and his face was flat on the surface. He was able to see, but unable to move. His beloved Alexandra was screaming at the top of her lungs and pleading with every person in sight to let her go and set him free. But whatever she said, it encouraged the surrounding people to curse her even more fiercely.
They tied her hands behind her back, and dragged her towards a pile of woods. They threw her on the pile and set it on fire to purify the human race from the shame and disgust which she brought. Her screams were pricing the skies above and shattering the heart of the only thing which loved her dearly. No matter what he tried, he was not able to free himself to save his beloved. Finally, she burned to crisp alive, and he was turned into a black smock and dragged into a dark clay pot. He was sealed in the pot for eternity.
