It wasn't long before I heard someone stirring in the back of the cave. Maybe only half an hour had passed since Mason had gone to go to sleep. I was surprised to realize he was a quick sleeper, as soon as his head hit the pillow, he was unconscious. I chuckled and took out a couple of peanuts from my backpack before placing a couple in my mouth. I wasn't hungry, but I was anxious.
