The loud alarm blared in my ears as soon as it was daybreak, with a loud wince, I stretched out my hand and slammed the alarm shut.
On a normal day, I would be scampering out of bed by now and trying to get things done around the house, especially preparing Jason's breakfast.
But that was not the case for today.
After I slammed the alarm shut, I snuggled further into the bed and pulled the sheets over my head.
First was because I could, at least Jason was not going to hit me as he would in the past. The second reason was because I didn't want to run into either Jason or Aiden outside.
I was confusedly torn between the two men and I made up my mind to avoid them both that day.
The fact that Aiden was in my house did not stop to give me goosebumps whenever I thought about him.
