Fenris' Pack

The wolf hadn't missed out on coming to discuss the pack idea with Fenris, in fact he had arrived quite early that morning, Fenris heard the wolf approach and stood up on all fours, ready to run if he deemed it necessary to. The wolf, sizing up Fenris, his hair stood up to make him seem bigger.

Great... this is the Alpha of the pack, he's threatened by our size and stature.. I explained to Fenris.. he groaned and snapped at the other wolf in response. Why did you snap at him!? That is just going to make it worse! I tried to reason with Fenris, he was starting a fight that he didn't want to come out on top of... if he did, he'd take the Alpha position of a pack he knew nothing about, a species he knew nothing about, in a world he knew NOTHING ABOUT! It's frustrating living with a wolf as the other half to your soul sometimes' this is one of those times. I had only been told and read stories about the Werewolf species, I took an interest in them since I had a wolf of my own and had learned a great deal from the actual knowledge books I read while I was still allowed in Asgard.

If he is so threatened by me, he shouldn't be an alpha, alphas are not to fear anything. They are to be strong and brave, never to feel threatened by someone's size. Fenris argued back.

The Alpha dropped the clothing I hadn't even noticed he had since I was so busy trying to get Fenris to back down out of the fight. The Alpha took a step forward and growled deeply and threateningly, to witch Fenris replied with a deeper growl, the Alpha lost his edge when a flash of fear swept across his eyes but was recovered with them turning black. Fenris had not only threatened him with his size, which was double the Alphas but he had openly challenged him and it angered him. The Alpha turned and started walking away, and Fenris followed suit, the wolves stature being stiff and uncertain while Fenris walked strong and confident but all that changed the minute he arrived in an arena type building where this challenge was to take place.

The alpha had taken him to his pack, so that the pack could see if they would have a new alpha, the entire pack looked to be here. They were all shocked and surprised at Fenris' size, they seemed to not have seen a wolf so big, they all had concerned looks on their faces for their alpha. Fenris, was more than displeased at the amount of wandering eyes on his form, it made him uncomfortable.

II told you not to start this fight, but you didn't listen to me. I hope you realize that if we win the fight against this wolf we take his alpha title and his pack. I once again tried to reason with Fenris but to no avail when he again ignored me and took an aggressive stance; males (insert eyeroll here). Another man came out onto the arena floor, squishing sand beneath his shoes, and he stops in the center of the arena and between two hostile and aggressive males.

"As you all know our alpha, Jax," he starts and gestures toward the alpha wolf, "has been openly challenged by this, new comer that has yet to be identified, " he continues and I use my god powers to mind link all of them.

I am known around the universe as the Fenris wolf, I am son to the norse god Loki, don't worry I do not take pride in being his son, I have been punished and banished by all the norse gods in order for an event called Ragnarok from happening and have escaped my imprisonment on another world and landed here on Earth. Fenris still has full control of my actions and I cannot shift, he is paranoid and being forced in my wolf form was also part of my punishment. You all know me know so lets get on with it, for I have been unsuccessful in talking him out of this. I gave them all our introduction, gasps and awes were heard around the arena when they learned of my name, even the Jax seemed surprised.

The man in the middle just bowed and went back out of the arena and the fight commenced, it was over before it started. Jax started first and ran towards Fenris, canines shown and claws ready to strike and he tried to get at Fenris' throat, Fenris easily overpowered him. He grabbed onto Jax' scruff and tossed him to the floor only to get on top of him and try for his throat as Jax held Fenris away from his body the best he could before Fenris broke through and bit at his chest causing Jax to yelp and submit.

That's all it took to take down and alpha? I asked surprised that it was so easy

Its not supposed to be. Fenris replied.

Well congratulations because now you are alpha on a pack of people who don trust you and you don't trust them. I smarted off, but to no avail because Fenris always has something to smart back.

No I'm not, I'm allowing him to keep his alpha status of the pack, I just hope he learned his lesson. Fenris smarted back.. before speaking openly to everyone

Hey Jax, Fenris' voice stood strong and deep in the mind link and everyone cowered in fear, You can keep the alpha title and your pack, I just wanted to teach you that you shouldn't be threatened by another just for their size..

I was surprised Fenris was so open and nice towards this stranger with the trust issues and suck for everyone but luckily he did because I don't know how everyone would have responded with him being an asshole. Everyone relaxed and even welcomed Fenris with respect and warmth. We have a pack....
