live in the mortal world and experience what it means to be a mortal, but you can only take along half of your powers with you, this would be for your safety, are they afraid I would destroy the human rules Lucian, this decree lasts only for a week , remember the second stage of your punishment would be starting soon, the elders would immediately send you to the cold palace for to spend the rest of the 400 years there , so I advise you think fast.
