Ash's pov : It was just a fine morning yesterday, I got up and did my morning routing while looking at my famous new manga or anime so to speak go viral. But at last a weird light appeared on the ground, I thought I was hallucinating then it happened I appeared in some weird cave. Couldn't find my way out I heard something *growl* a huge growl could be heard not too far away from here "who's there" my legs where trembling and I was sweating. I could hear footsteps getting closer and closer, then my phone made a noise indicating I receive a notification, not being able to see clearly in this dark cave the monster rush at me and jumped. "HELP!!!! ME!!!!" I shouted hoping that someone would get me, although I didn't look at the monster because I was too scared. Opening my eyes slowly the monster resembled a wolf like creature with horns and a scorpions tail? It stopped in a attacking position, from the looks of it it looked like time has stop. Checking the notification I was surprised "God??" shockingly a message was sent from God. "IF you're reading this it means you've arrive, I summoned you here to help me. Recently the evil doers in this land had taken measure and decided to overtake this world. You on the other hand your job is to defeat them and not let them take over this world. The reason you're here because I choose you because of your knowledge, this is a fantasy world any powers and magic from your world can be created here. Goodluck!!!, also time will return to normal in 2 minutes" Holding my phone while my hands were shaking "2 minutes, I've already wasted time reading this!!" I cried. What should I do against this wolf creature, thinking back at the message he said that I could create my own powers here huh. Checking my phone I could see its a bit different than before. "powers?" I quickly pressed it since there's not much enough time left, "fire, wind, earth and water" the basic four elements. So saying anything that involves this four will activate something. Scrolling below it I could see some examples "if I shouted fireball a ball of fire would be shot at the target, huh isee" I already knew what to do, then suddenly the wolf begun to move again slowly and returning to his normal speed. I dodge his attack, the wolf was circling me while I stared at it directly. The wolf then jumped at me, I grinned and shouted "earth wall!!" I slammed my hands on the ground and created this huge wall made of rocks, I heard the wolf hitting it. I was safe for now, to be sure that it won't attacked me again, I calmly touch the wall "piercing wind" air like needles pierced the wall, the wolf cried and died. I lowered the wall and proceeded to check it out. The wolf's dead body was covered in holes cause by my attack "what should I do with this" I questioned myself, looking at my phone again. There's a new app that appeared "research??" out of curiosity I pressed the app. "research, this app allows you to collect data of every monster you encounter, by pressing the camera icon on the upper left corner. Taking pictures of every monster you encounter, you will have the option to take their abilities. There's also an option where you can combine abilities. Pressing the bone icon will allow you to summon that specific monster to guard you " While reading the description, I already knew what to do " this is so amazing!!! " I shouted as loud as I could, my voice was echoing in the cave which attracted some monsters. Hearing them rushing towards me, the ground was also shaking " I'm guessing there's too many of them, alright then" I held my phone and pressed the bone icon "weird wolf looking thing help me out would ya" the wolf appeared by my side, looking at it the wolf was far different than before. Its definitely twice as bigger then before, with three new scorpion tails and hard scorpion skin for armor I guess?? "what are you looking at" the wolf said while looking down on me. Literally. "wait!! You can talk!!" "of course I can, you're my master" he bowed down showing his royalty. "anyways be ready master, I could sense 10 different monsters approaching at high speed" he added. "alright then" Out of nowhere the first monster showed itself, a centipede looking creature with "holes!?!?" "that's no ordinary hole" he replied. What does he mean by that, I hope its not what I'm thinking right now. f*****g dammit me and my dirty mind. The centipede attacked us but I wasn't paying attention. It shot tiny missile looking things from its holes on its back. My wolf protected me buy swinging his tail to hit the missiles. I took that chance to attacked, positioning my hand towards it "fire spear" a spear like flame pierced the centipede, while it was still moving I held out my phone and took a picture of it. "noice!! Another new pet" as I said that my wolf partner bump me with his nose "oh hey what is it" I asked. "look what the missiles cause" I looked at the direction he was looking, an opening?? The monsters then appeared at the same time. I have no time for this. "combination move, piercing flaming spears" the wind propelled the flaming spears, shooting them at high speeds all of them got hit. Took out my phone and captured them "time to take them out of their misery, water spheres!!" a ball like water thing hit them, I lowered the attack so it wouldn't kill them. We runned to the other section of the kind were that centipede looking thing destroyed it "earth Wall" blocking the entrance to it we were separated from those 9 other monsters. I took a deep breath and sighed "why didn't you killed them??" the wolf asked. "well we already found this other section of the cave hoping that it's the exit" "plus I only attack when it opposes a threat, like you I didn't know what to do so I just attack. Knowing my situation right now it's for the best that don't kill them if they don't oppose a threat to me" I added and smiled at him. "well anyways we should explore this cave" he replied. "hey you sense that??" he said. "sense what??" "take your phone and go to my info you should be able to take my ability of sonar" I scrolled to my phone "ahh here it is, sonar the ability to sense a large area by using sound or hearing" my eyes grew big. That's a pretty useful ability. Pressing the wand Icon my body light up "ability acquired" it says. I closed my eyes "alright lets use it then, sonar" my mind already zoomed into this cave, showing what he meant it was a treasure room. Up ahead was a huge cave with piles of treasure but guarding it was a huge snake. "ok I see what you meant by it.... So should we check it out" I smiled at him. I could see this smug look on his face. "fine, maybe the exit is nearby that thing" he replied. Hoorayyy, maybe I could also get that sword I'm sensing. That would be cool, a magician holding a sword. "alright let's go!!!!!" - We've arrived at the treasure, the snake was sleeping. I took out my phone and proceeded to take a picture of it, a warning notification showed "you must injure it first before taking a picture" "dammit" while I was looking at the treasure trying to find the sword I sensed. He whispered "hey look above that snake" above the snake???. Wait a hole and light is coming through it, that must be it the exit. "nice, that must be the exit" "you might have to use someone else on this one, I can't fly" "wait use someone else???" oh yeah I remember now, one of the nine monsters back there an owl looking thing was there. Of course why didn't I thought of that. "alright then, I'm guessing pressing this home icon I could send you back into the phone" "yes" he replied. "alrightttt then, see you later" I pressed the Home icon and he suddenly disappeared. Sneaking my way to the sword, gently stepping on the pile of gold, chalice and other golden things I saw. Although it didn't caught my eye, maybe I would pick a sack of it later. It didn't really matter anyway because it would be useless if I don't know the currency in this world. I guess a sack of it wouldn't hurt. A pile of bones are also scattered everywhere, people died for this treasure huh. Idiots. And yet here I am risking my life for this sword. Sighed. Doing a mini sprint at it, I grab the sword and for no f*****g reason held it up like an i***t. Gotta admit this sword looks sick. Seeing something shining on the ground I proceeded to grab what looks like to be the swords scabbard. Made with some mysterious metal the scabbard has a black and white pattern. And a dragon mark on the end of it. This was actually worth it !!!. As I put the sword in its scabbard a some sort of leather rope was attached to it. I'm guessing I put this on my back then, grabbing my phone I pressed the bone icon on the owl looking creature. "you called master" hearing its voice I'm guessing it's a she. This one is also huge than the owl I saw back at the cave. I guess all of the creatures I took a picture of grew huh. Weird. "yes, could you fly us out of here" I politely ask while I returned my phone in my pocket. Hopping on her back the serpent or snake suddenly woke up and stared at us for a moment. "fly!!" I shouted, we went up in the sky while the serpent tried to bite us but missed, we got out of the cave safe and sound. Taking a deep breath and sighed "that was dangerous" I said to myself. "looks like I'm stuck with a lucky master" she replied. Lucky what does she meant by that, don't tell me other people were also summoned by God. If so why me???. Not really paying attention to my surroundings I didnt notice we already landed on a nearby plain. "master we're here" "oh, i didn't notice we already landed, sorry" I laughed. I got down and sat under a nearby tree, in this new world I don't know what to expect anymore. "hey you uhmm" she turned her attention at me. "yes master" she responded, calling me master sure is getting annoying. "what do you want me to call you???" I asked, just because they are monsters doesn't mean you have to treat them like one. Everyone has feelings. "what do you mean??" I'm guessing she doesn't know what a name is or doesn't have one. Maybe them calling me master they can't decide for themselves. Not being able to decide is like trapping yourself in a cage. Looking at her she's too big for an owl, what type of monster is she anyways. I turned my eyes to the left, seeing her giant wings the feathers resembles the color silver, silver huh.... "That's it!!! from now on im calling you silva" I gave her the name Silva, standing for no reason at all when I shouted her name. She begun to glow, upon glowing something happened. Her form changes she's still an owl but with bigger wings and huge claws. Although I noticed her beak turned into something else, it grew longer, sharper but with "teeth!??!?!" The light disappeared indicating that her new form is done "Roar!!!!" she created this loud roar... While breathing fire?!?!?! "you can breathe fire??!?!!?" I cried "that's new" she replied, she started to look at her new form. I still don't know why she changed into this form, is it because I gave her a name??? Looking at my phone again her info changed "descendant of the owl family, it mutated over the years to adapt and survive this world" owl family??!?!!!, so there's also normal creatures here huh. Thats actually not surprising at all. I was still looking at my phone when she interrupted me "master, what are you doing" "oh sorry I'm scrolling along to read the other monsters I took a picture of. And it says right here that you can only take a picture of one species" that's fair enough, although I'm going to need a power up as well if I need to survive into this new world. "anyways return for now, I'm just going to do something" I asked. "understood master" I pressed the home icon and she disappeared. Do they get transported in the phone or what?? Scrolling into my phone I remembered the message sent by God???. Pressing the icon something happened, another message was sent by him. I quickly pressed it then something happened........ "where am I" "welcome to this new world traveler" Turning my back I saw this huge figure "who are you" I asked. "well I'm the God of this world, I know you're wandering why am I here??? First of all the reason why you're sent here is because we need heroes like you and yes there are different human in this world. Second to know what's the difference between a monster and a human, when you approach a monster nothing happens but when you encounter a human your phones will emit a green color indicating that both of you came from your world" so there are other humans but why are we getting summoned. "can I ask a question??? Why are we getting summoned??? " sorry to say it but you humans are getting summoned here when you're on The brink of death " did he just say on the brink of death. " so I died then " I looked down. There's no way of going back now. I'm stuck here forever. "don't be so sad you humans could live here, you can do whatever you want. Start a nation, be the hero anything you ever dreamed of" I look up and smiled "I guess that's not that bad" "also maybe you could meet your deceased family, relatives or friends. Since the beginning of time when someone is on the brink of death they get transported here. But be warned this is your final life when you die here you die for good, unless if you do something about it maybe you can't die " what does he meant by if I could do something about it. " last warning, the people in here are above billions of population, he careful some of them might try to kill you " so it's like the real world. People kill each other for a reason, good or not this bastards won't stop no matter what life they have been given. Sigh. " got it, thanks for explaining everything. Wait one last question " " what is it " " is it possible to create something new here, like a invention or power something like that???" "if you have the materials for it, for power I'm too sure but if that particular power is something related that already exist here, try experimenting with it" heh, that's all I need know. My body was aching so badly, while my head also hurts so bad. I got up from a bed "where am I" I looked around. Getting up and sitting down I heard a girls voice "oh you're awake" she rushes towards me and puts her hand on my forehead. "where am I and who are you?? " I asked, I must say she's beautiful. Long red hair nice body proportion, not that I looked at her body or anything. f**k. "nice to meet you I'm Aruna lestrange" she smiled, is it just me or my heart is beating faster. Am I falling in love, in all of my years being an animator and manga artist. This is my first time falling in love not on a 2d character. With my blushing face I kinda stuttered introducing myself "I-I'm ash Cline nice to meet you too" with my embarrassing introduction I looked down to avoid eye contact. She hit me slap me in the back showing she was fine with it "hey don't be embarrass it's alright if you're shy" she laughed. "well anyways get up ash, let's have dinner before I explain to you what happened" what does she mean by that, what exactly happened while I was passed out???, pls don't be something embarrassing. She prepared alot of food even though its just the two of us, also this house is so massive is this even a house or maybe a mansion perhaps. From her looks and voice I'm guessing she's the same age as I am, there's also a possibility that she is younger than me. Hearing what God said on the brink of death you get transported here, there's also a chance she grew up here. That's sad. Both of us sat down, dinner was already prepared. I guess she cooked it in advance "oh bacon and eggs, this looks good" I glanced at the nearby window huh. " even better combination, it's morn-" I stopped for a second to realize it was already morning. "it's morning already?!??!" I shouted in confusion, have I been passed out since nighttime. Is it already been a day. I'm so confused Omg my brain hurts. "yes, you've been passed out for two days. I actually thought you died, but when I got closer my phone emitted a green light" she saw me??? "wait you saw me????" "actually no, the bird of yours manage to find me, it was a good thing I was collecting wood from that area" wait silva got out of my phone without me pressing it??, so they could just go out and do things while I'm asleep huh. I didn't know they could do that. Maybe it would be helpful in the future. "well anyways thank you for keeping me safe while I was unconscious" I gave her a smile and I proceeded to eat. She just stood their for a moment and begun eating.... fast for some reason. She's turning red did I made her blushed.
