"I'm leaving now, Joe," Ethan said to me as he approached me. "I had stepped out of my workspace to have lunch with Nina."
Although I wasn't happy with Nina's clinginess, I had to put up with her, and I replied to Ethan, "That's fine. But you shouldn't be chasing after my female staff here."
I watched as Amaka went into the elevator and disappeared out of my sight. The way she looked away from me made me feel restless, but I couldn't do anything about it and could only pretend that I didn't know her.
