When the council arrived all the pack members crowded around the town square. The council was composed of alphas from all over the area. They had been called when Blood Moon attacked. It had taken days for some of the alphas and their Lunas to reach red Wood. They represented 6 packs of hybrids.
The chosen speaker of the council was a man about Silas' age, Gavin. He had been the alpha of his pack for 20 years.
