WEEK 3 + Beginning

The Kingdom of Elvian’s first prince, Matteo met Lucia, the Orbenia’s tribe head second and most precious daughter.
They bumped into each other when Matteo was walking in the town wearing commoner clothes to disguise himself. Matteo’s usual routine is to study swordsmanship, etiquette, knowledge, and his ability but above all his favorite thing to do is to escape his lesson and roam around the kingdom disguising himself as a commoner.
That time Matteo was picking an apple from the market vendor when a running woman wearing a cloak approaches in his direction. He can actually avoid their girl but he saw a young kid beside him and he thought that if he avoids the girl the child may get hurt so he had no choice but to catch her.
Their bumping creates a loud noise. Some products and merchandise fell off the ground. Luckily the vendors didn’t get angry and instead they even helped them. Matteo stands up and extends his hands to the girl who’s kneeling down the ground. His forehead creased when she didn’t accept his hands.
“Miss?” He said, concerned. He noticed that the woman is trembling slightly. He heard a commotion from where the girl is from. He saw buffed guys looking for someone. They look like a half-breed beast from their looks. Their expressions seem dangerous. Matteo turned back to the woman and held her both shoulders while helping her to stand up.
While helping her the girl's hood almost fell off but she immediately fixed it and bowed her head. Matteo saw a glimpse of her black hair. A thought comes to his mind. ‘What’s a witch doing in the Mid Yard?’
Mid-yard is a place where every race was allowed except for witches. It is a local marketplace where they sell products and merchandise from other dimensions. It was owned by an old merchant that has angst against the witch's clan.
Matteo immediately held the woman’s hands “Come, I’ll help you” the woman looks hesitating but when she glanced at her back she saw the half breeds beast. She immediately turns to me and hid her face more then she nods timidly.
He smiled at her even though she can’t see it for she is bowing her head. He started to step away from the scene casually while still holding the girl.
“There!” A voice suddenly shouted. From the corner of his eyes, she saw them pointing in their direction. He started to run without warning the woman. “Run!” Matteo shouted.
His pace increased but when he noticed the woman having a rough time to match his pace he stopped on his track and suddenly lifted the woman.
“What are you doing!?” A startled voice speaks. He was mesmerized by her beautiful voice. It sounds like she was alluring him without even doing it. Matteo shook his head to shrug off the thoughts.
“Hold on tight” He just stated and started running again at a horribly fast pace. Soon, they arrived near the small river with a cliff above and a cave under it. Matteo carefully placed the woman down on the ground.
Instinctively the woman steps backward quickly and puts her guard up.
“Woah, Calm down. I won’t hurt you.” Matteo sat down on a rock near the river and tapped the space beside him. The woman stayed still in her place.
“Alright, You can just stand.” Matteo said “We’re at my secret place, you don’t have to worry about those guys who are after you. They won’t be able to find this.” The girl looks convinced as she puts her guard down.
“I’m Matteo and you?”
The woman stayed silent so Matteo expected that she’ll not answer but to his surprise, she answered him.
“Luci, Lucia is my name.”
Raymond rose up from his bed, thinking about his dream, or is it really a dream?
