A love under the full moon

Chapter 2

Arriving at her supposed-to-be family home for her and Michael, she parked the car carelessly and bolted towards the entrance of their apartment. Upstairs, she ran into Michael's room, opening the door and sliding inside. She was suddenly rummaging through all of his stuff, his wardrobe, his bedside cabinet, but still nothing. A red diary was not found in any corner of the room. Then she saw his PC with a red sticking note on it, which read: "My love, if you're seeing this after our wedding, then the sacrifice went as planned and you were kept safe. The code to my PC is our wedding date and my diary is just below my PC table on top of my CPU with a red ?."

I looked just below the table and found the diary just where he had said it would be, with a red ribbon wrapped around it with their name initials on it, M&M

. I opened the diary and it reads:

"If you are reading this, My love, I want you to keep calm and smile for we've won the game over the wolves. Don't get me wrong, you also played your part in the battle of the wolves. It feels just like yesterday when we met at a science project fair. My love, I want to seek your forgiveness before you commence with reading the diary, for some of the contents might not be deserving of your forgiveness."

I flipped over to the next page and it reads

Dear diary,

It's been a while since I've written here, but I am beginning a new journey and I need you to work along with me. Today at the science fair, I met a blonde human, her name is Mary Fisher, and she captured my heart. I was able to speak to her and guess what, we are having a date by dinner time. See ya after dinner.

Dear diary,

Dinner was superb. I won't mind having Mary on my bed for dessert after a splendid evening of dinner with her. We talked about so many things and I was able to tell her that she is an only child, just like I am, and her parents are trying to matchmake her with someone whom she doesn't even like, but she has no one in mind for now.

Her engagement is in a fortnight from today, and I hope I will win her over. My wolf is in love with her, I guess she's my mate, but it's been a while since any wolves from our pack were mated to humans after the last scenario with my elder brother who made me an only child after getting himself killed over a human who never loved him. He was outed to the human authorities where he was murdered

I flipped over to the next page and it reads

It's three days before Mary's engagement with her forced partner, and I have been only able to make her smile and it made my heart feel a tingling I've never felt before, not even for my mate back home whom my wolf never loved.

We promised to see each other before she gets engaged. She will be coming to spend the next three days over at my place. I hope I'm able to convince her into loving me.

It's evening and Mary came over to my place, we made pasta and meatballs which was her favorite and, will I say, her cooking skills are top notch.

I know she isn't perfect, but I've never felt this way for anyone. But I did mean everything I wrote in your heart, buddy.

Today we talked about her plans for the engagement, and she said she had snuck out with her stuff in her car trunk, parked in my home basement. She was contemplating eloping.

And now, I guess I've been given an opportunity by the moon goddess to have her to myself. Over lunch today, I will profess my feelings to her and see where it leads us.

Buddy, it's dinner time now and I just professed my love to her. She feels the same about me. We are going out for a couple's movie date night, and she's getting dressed. See ya after my date!

Buddy, our date was my first and the best. Wow, human dates are more impressive than those of ours.

Buddy, I'm scared. There's two days left until her Engagement and we've yet to get a proper plan.

It's midnight and Mary is tucked up and sleeping comfortably. I just got a message from my parents telling me to come back home to my mate. My wolf and I are telepathically attached to Mary. How do I tell her I'm a wolf? And will I have to pay a price for loving a human?

We've been able to elope to California, to the Beverly Hills, where our parents won't be able to reach us both. I also told her about being Engaged to someone I don't like, so that makes both of us.

We had s*x for the first time and it was raw. I felt my c*m traveled into her, after calculating that today is her ovulation, so she will have a little Michael around whenever I'm gone.

So today, I went to visit the elder and I was told that I will have to pay the price for loving a human with her life, to pay revenge for my elder brother. I refused and stormed out of the gathering.

Coming home to my fiancée, whom we will be getting married soon.

So today, Mary's life was threatened by the wolves with a staged accident which I saw as the wolves' game, but she was left unhurt. I guess it was a warning to me. So, we are now together and I made a deal with the elders of wolves to get killed on my wedding venue so that Mary won't bear my offspring and I can see what pain was.

I made the deal with the wolves under a full moon so as to spare Mary's life and my child, which no one is aware of. Mary will know of the pregnancy after I'm gone. I hope he is named Jake.

Dear diary, our wedding is going to be happening tonight, so I'm writing this message to you. Deliver it to my wife. Dear Mary, you might be reading this with pain and contempt in your heart, but trust me, you are worth fighting for and giving up my life for.

I'm sorry if you've never known, but I'm a wolf. I was sent to get revenge on humans over the death of my older brother who was killed by humans, but I've known that humans aren't all the same. Humans are Good, Bad, & Ugly, and you are among the Good, if not the best among them.

But I fell in love with a human instead of seeking revenge that I was sent here for. Now, I understand the reason my older brother fell for a human. I want you to take note of the following:

• Make the apartment our family home, for I've bought the entire Beverly Hills to your name, and you will be receiving all the paychecks from the rent.

• Our child will be a human, with or without wolf instincts. It depends on your choice. Give him the pendant if you want him to have my wolf side, and don't give it to him if you don't want him to. He won't be dangerous, nor will he get caught up like me, because he is the first of his kind.

• Find love and be happy, for I will always be happy whenever you are happy.

• My wolf Spirit will be with you until your death. That's my parting gift to you. His name is Mubarak, and he loves you as much as I do.

Turning to the last page in tears with the diary drenched in my tears
