The Rescue: Adriana was unsure why they separated them. They placed her in a cell, a single chair in the center. Her bindings came off within seconds of being placed in the room. Their captors weren’t very bright, though some would say brilliant enough to catch them. They were proficient at removing items that were useful. Not stripped of clothing, but she might as well have been. Everything that might’ve helped her escape had been taken. The lack of furnishings in her cell got her immediate attention. Why only a single chair in the center of the room? It must have a specific use. Smart enough to not sit in the chair after a quick inspection, she found the chair laced with pressure points and concealed slots. This was no chair, it was a trap, ready to spring when an unintelligent person
