Jamie kept blinking her eyes, but she knew it was no use. She had lost her coloured sight, but she knew it was better than losing the memory of her parents. "You did the right thing." Vanth mind-linked. "I know," was Jamie's reply. They kept walking through the narrow ravine until it eventually widened and they found themselves looking down into a wide valley. It was covered with thick fog. On the other side of the valley, two large statues seemed to be guarding something.  "What a shame! We can’t see the pretty valley! Should we wait until the mist clears? " Eresh asked. "Something tells me this mist is not going to clear." Windsoul mind-linked everyone.
