Sandra and her mum are inside the pack hospital discussing today’s training, her mother told her how proud she is to see that all the training she’s been given her haven’t gone into waste and also encouraged her to continue to prove herself that she’s not weak even if she’s not a werewolf.

‘Everyone was looking as if they saw a ghost today at the training ground,maybe they weren’t expecting me to be able to do the training with them’ said Sandra to her mum.

‘I was so happy, did you see how Shawna was looking at you with pure adoration,she couldn’t approach you because of the way she treated you’ replied Josephine to her daughter.

Really mum! was she looking at me? (she was beyond happy to hear her alpha and her crush is looking at her in such a way) Sandra asked

“I want you to keep up with your training and continue to prove them wrong of whom you really are,you are destined for greatness and many things that are yet to be unfold and I have complete faith in you my daughter”

SANDRA P.O.V.

I was beyond happy when I heard what my mother said, I will continue to prove to her that I will be a good daughter. I was crying because I don’t even know what I would become without her. She treats me really well like her own biological daughter that sometimes I forgot that she wasn’t the one who gave birth to me and I am forever indebted to her. Even though my mum treats me really well, sometimes I wonder what happened to my real mom, what was the reason she left me alone at the border of another pack not knowing what they could do to me? Does she hate me? I hope I will be able to find answers later in the future. No matter what happened, the person that cared for me and treated me like her own child will always have the first pace in my heart.

SHAWNA P.O.V.

Sandra was crying in the hospital when her mother left, I wonder why she was crying when all what her mother did was to praise her. Dad told me to go to the pack hospital to collect some reports.

Hello! hello!! hello!!! Said Shawna pretending that she has not been standing at the door through out the entire conversation between Kate and her daughter.

Who’s there? asked Sandra trying to act like she’s hadn’t been crying before she heard Shawna’s voice.

Shawna can feel her wolf skylar acting all weird whenever she saw Sandra or come near her, she was always wondering why she’s always like that, but she didn’t not understand and if she asked her wolf the reason behind her weirdness she would not answer her.

Just a flick of Sandras’ hand brought Shawna back from whatever trance she was in before,and she didn’t like that at all.

“Why would you do that?asked Shawna in an annoyed tone”

Well, Just trying to bring you back from wherever you are since I have been calling you for a while and you aren’t responding to me answered Sandra. Sandra is trying to control herself from showing how much Shawna presence there with her alone affects her. So much butterflies in her stomach, but she couldn’t let her know her emotions so she put on the facade that screams “say whatever you are here for I don’t have time”

“Do you remember i am your soon to be Alpha” stressing the word Alpha so she could understand the clearer message as if to let her know how much she dislikes her.

In a dramatic way she answered her and said, “apology my soon to be alpha why are you here?”

Shawna was actually surprised to see the way she acted nonchalantly towards her and decided to get what her father sent her. my father told me to bring the report of the last rogues attack.

Here you go, (stretching her hand towards her to collect the report while trying to avoid any physical contact in a carefree manner) “just because she’s the heiress doesn’t mean she could go around talking without respect for others”, thought Sandra.

Third person p.o.v.

Shawna left the hospital in anger and Sandra released the breath she has been holding the entire time, Whenever they meet there’s always a misunderstanding and it is always Shawnas’ fault always showing her anger towards her, Sandra really hoped that they can act natural around each other without her showing her superiority all the time, she can’t take it when someone is trying to control her, her inner self despises that.
