I immediately bit my lips and couldn't look directly at him.
"Because you didn't ask at all..." I said softly.
"Hmm, you're not willing to talk about that because I wasn't your type. We even had a blind date but you never really talked about yourself and you didn't even ask anything about me," he said. I can't help but look at him because of that. I felt like my heart stopped beating suddenly.
"Because you have a fiancee! Why would I be interested in you if, to begin with you have someone you love?" I want to hurt myself with what I said. It's not Amethyst at all.
