"Why do you look so blooming?" Grace's eyes narrowed as she looked at me. I just laughed at her look and just shook my head.
“Does New York have that effect on you?” I just felt bad because until now I still haven't told her about my feelings for Kulas. I was just really embarrassed for f*****g my own plan.
"Stop looking at me like that. I'm going now." I also took the bag I was carrying. Before even leaving, Grace spoke.
“Fine. Just don't forget my birthday party. Come earlier! You're only one of the few friends I have," she said while pouting. I laughed there.
"As if I'll forget about your birthday. You're the only friend I have," I said so she just laughed at me. I wave my hands before going to my car.
