My heart fell at the sight. This was much worse than I could even fathom. Averting my eyes, I couldn't look at the young boy. He had to have been Raphael's age and it terrified me to think that my younger brother would get caught up in all of this. I had to do something. I needed to do something.

Suddenly, a few white pegasi landed with the knights hopping off of them. One particularly decorated pegasus also landed and I saw Xander. It figured that he came too. My blood boiled at the thought of needing to put on airs in front of the townspeople regarding Xander.
My eyes shot up to Xander as a scowl formed on my face. My eyes dared him to make a move towards me. Xander simply placed his hands up in a defensive gesture and stayed where he was.
