Rebecca was sure she’d never get sick of the Outer Banks or the stunning, candy-coloured house on stilts. The jokes about Duck-Duck-Goose or even getting lost—if only for fifteen minutes—through lack of GPS. This time, as she and Josie drove up by themselves, they didn’t need the boom-boxing of the Beastie boys in order to find their way.
