Chapter 92: Free Land.

Since we were given a free land by Ivan... We decided to see where is the best spot for us to take is. Now, There's a couple of rules that we need to abide here. And that's not coming from Ivan. It's coming from me...
The rules that I set up for myself is that, the one thing that I look for is Kinganite. I won't be looking for any specific material other than Kinganite... If there's other resources around the area that I pick, then that's great. Free Material. But I won't be actively searching for them because my main goal is Kinganite.
The Second Rule that I give myself is that, I want the area to be beautiful yet bountiful. For example, If the Area is beautiful, but there's no Kinganite... I won't be picking it. Even if it's the best spot that everyone wanted.
And vice versa. If the Area is filled with Kinganite but it's not beautiful, for example, that's a mine site... I won't be taking it either. Because it reveals to Ivan that my intention is to take the resources...
I want my operation to be stealthy. So, I will pick an area that is filled with Kinganite, and also looks absolutely stunning. So that no one question my decision to choose that spot...
Of course, Mashura let me do this because, she doesn't really care about where I pick the area. Because she said to me that, she only care about Rhea. If it's in other part of the world, I'm the one making the call...
So, I will be making the call...
Right now, we're in the Deck or Cockpit whatever you gonna call it in Rhea Absolut. I've put the Detector into the Radar and it's tracking every Kinganite in the ground...
"Hmmm... This is quite hard..."
I muttered to myself for some reason. I look at Mashura who is slurping on a noodles without worry right now. She's just enjoying her meal...
Even though Mashura told me that I'm the one making all the decision. I still want to ask her what she thinks about the area...
I do plan on making a house there, so that I can at least make an experimental prototype that transfer between coordinates...
"Hey Mashura... Can you help me choose which one of these spot should we take?"
I have three candidates that fit my second criteria... In my opinion. All three spot has the same level of beauty and also the same amount of Kinganite in the area...
But of course, Because of my thinking process is a bit... Too neutral. It's hard for me to pick between a lot of choices...
Mashura take notice of my struggles of course... She finished her noodles and then started looking at the picture and then the spot where we stay right now. Which is the Third Spot...
"Hmm... I mean... For my taste, The spot is definitely the Second Spot... I mean, it's in the hill, which is really nice. It's always quiet in the hill. And also, there's River underneath... It's really pretty."
"I see... Well then, let's go to the second spot."
With that, I change direction to the second spot. Which is the hill... Deep in the Oubon Country... If the Capital is on the coast, the spot that we chose is far away from the coast... On the other side of the country.
No one lives here. Because no one is stupid enough to go that far away from the main source of living which is the sea...
I mean, I feel like they're an Import Country... Clearly, since they didn't really do anything in the ground that much... So something like Grains and other stuff comes from other country.
Anyway. That's not the main focus. The reason we're here right now is to search for Kinganite. And we found some in a really large amount underground... I see a massive red blob on the screen, so I believe that there's a lot of Kinganite in that area...
It's quite mountainy, so, I think it wouldn't take long for me to find some... We reach the Second Spot and then as Mashura said, it is really beautiful...
We stand on the ramp and just enjoy the beautiful sight.
"We're far away from society... I quite like it. Maybe its because we lived in Rhea. And there's no one there... It gives me the feeling of home."
"Maybe... We don't really interact much with other people other than our crews. So, I guess this is the best spot that we can take."
The other two spot is actually pretty close to the Oubon Capital... And it wouldn't be nice if we take it there. Because people can reach it when they just go around to search for new stuff or expand their city...
Anyway... We go to the ground and then sit down on the cliff side... We both just enjoy the cold air hitting us... The two of us are quite resistance of Cold Wind...
We look around the area and make the border where we wanted the Area... We were given the freedom to pick how big of the area we wanted... But the thing is, it's a form of trust exercise that Ivan gives...
And of course, I take a pretty reasonable amount of space... If he told me that it's too much. Then I can give him more stuff to really get everything... That's the thing... It's not really a scam if I give him more...
So I hope that he would be fine so that I won't be needing to give him more stuff. Scam is not really a scam if I really give him a pretty good payment for this...
It takes a lot of stuff to make a Mining Rig!!!
Anyway... After that... I look at the Detector once more and then mark all of the places in the area around us using a special beacon that can only be seen using a special type of glasses. I've made the glasses but unfortunately, I forgot to bring it out. The reason why I make it is so that its easy for us to see in the future. Since I won't be using Detector for most of the time. It would be nice if I prepare it right now...
Anyway... That's it for this... We've mark the spot of the Kinganite. And then we also take our place in Oubon...
