Cody parked in front of Andie’s house Tuesday evening to pick her up. His parents were in Florida, leaving him with a house to himself for the winter, but more often than not, he and Andie spent time at her house. He liked it there. It was comfortable and warm and smelled like Andie. But she wanted to go out. As in out to dinner and then to a movie. Cody had no idea what was going on, but something still felt off.
