Sean was about to give up on Erin and go to sleep when there was a quiet knock on the door. A second later, it opened and she stepped inside. Her cheeks were flushed from the cold outside. She took off her jacket, the dry air making her hair cling to the slippery fabric inside her hood. She ran a hand over her hair, but it still stood on end in places. She rubbed her hands together and walked into the room, smiling when her gaze met his. “Hey,” she said softly. “Hey.
