The Confession 1

Pastor: You married Magus, i was the officiating priest.(Angrily) Is he potent? Tell me.

Oma: He is pastor, he was very potent. Whenever he made me pregnant, I would abort it. I had a secret lover who I felt was handsome, He always made me pregnant because I wanted to have fine children.

Pastor: You disliked Magus because of his physiognomy? Oma, what you have just told me is a grave sin against God and man but the holy bible says in Isaiah 1:18. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be white as wool"

Also Roman 3:23 says" For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"

But Roman 10:9 " That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved". Now Sister Oma, you have confess to me, you need to confess to your husband (Magus) too so that God will completely forgive you.

Oma: {Shocked} I can't pastor, Magus will think, I have betrayed him.

Pastor: {Solemnly} You need to confess to him, if you have truly repented of your sins and want God to forgive you.

Oma: (sobbing) God give me the strength and boldness to embark on this dangerous and bizarre task.

Pastor: God will be with you my daughter.

Oma: I pray so pastor and she left.

PASTOR: NEXT PERSON.

Mr Moses: {Walk in} Good afternoon pastor.

Pastor: Good afternoon, have your seat.

Mr Moses: pastor, My name is Moses Batholem, I am here to confess my sins. My past is haunting me.

Pastor: Please can you be more explicit?

Mr Moses: (moody) Two years ago, I was a poor man but because I wanted to get rich, I used my wife and children to make money, now their spirits are haunting me. I always hear their voices, which prevent me from sleeping. I don't have peace and rest of mind.

Pastor: (solemnly) Mr Moses Batholem, you have sinned against God and man. You have already confessed to me but sins of magnitude required that you go to your parents-in-law and confess your sins to them so that they too can forgive you.

Then you will come before the congregation on a sunday morning and also Confess your sins. This is total repentance and Restitution.

Then we shall pray for you, for the holy bible in James 5:16 says

" Confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power in its effect ".

It is only when you have done this that your insomnia will go, then you will have total peace.
