Recipe: Kiko’s Red, White, and Bleu Burgers For the burger patties: ¼ cup crushed French fried onions 4 egg yolks 1 lb. ground beef 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Pinch seasoned salt Pinch garlic powder Bleu cheese, cut into slices For the rest: 4 egg whites 4 beefsteak tomato slices 4 pretzel buns, sliced in half 4 slices whole red onion, 3/16 inch thick (between 1/8-1/4 inch thick) In a large bowl, mix together by hand the French fried onions, egg yolks, ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and garlic powder.
