Ethan Cole is a man barely holding his life together, a widowed single father working night shifts and odd jobs just to keep the lights on for his eight-year-old daughter, Lily. One cold evening, while repairing a broken watch in his late father’s attic, he discovers something extraordinary: a silver pocket watch that, when wound, grants him exactly one extra hour in a day — borrowed from his own future. At first, Ethan uses the gift sparingly: to finish work early, to spend more time with Lily, to catch moments of peace he hasn’t known in years. But the watch carries a chilling price each borrowed hour shortens his remaining lifespan, and he can feel the toll in his bones.Everything changes when Lily is kidn*pped by men who seem to know more about the watch than Ethan does. Their message is clear: if he ever wants to see her alive again, he must use the watch… and keep using it until his time runs out.Desperate, Ethan plunges into a dangerous underworld where time isn’t just money — it’s power. In this race against death, he crosses paths with Aria Vale, a brilliant but guarded thief who once tried and failed to steal the watch. Bound by mutual desperation and an undeniable attraction, they form an uneasy alliance. As Ethan pushes the watch beyond its limits, reality begins to fracture. He sees flashes of possible futures — some where Lily is safe, some where she’s lost forever. Each choice forces him closer to a grim truth: the watch was never meant to save a life without taking one in return. With the police closing in, enemies lurking in every shadow, and his heart tethered to a woman whose secrets could destroy him, Ethan faces an impossible decision. Will he sacrifice his future to rewrite the present — or will love and survival demand that he let go of the one thing he can never get back?In a world where every second counts, The Man Who Borrowed Time is a pulse-pounding blend of romance, suspense, and sacrifice that asks: How much of your life would you give to save the ones you love?

EPISODE ONE – “The Watch”
EPISODE ONE – “THE WATCH”qx Ethan Cole felt Every second counted in his life. Waking up at 5:30 a.m meant that in a matter of seconds, he would have to put a “all set” tick on his to do list. This included breakfast for his daughter, Lily, packing her school bag, paying the overdue electricity bill, and getting to his work. Ethan’s life felt heavily burdened being a Sole parent. To put it in simple words, it was a marathon and he was a runner in it for life. Relating to running a life marathon , On this cold Thursday morning, he felt Lily to the bus stop to give her a short little walk. To make matters even, the sun wasn’t up. Stary and dark. He felt exhausted, but her bright little eyes made everything worth. She was small for her age. “Dad,” she said as the bus pulled up, “you work too much.” “Dad Black Friday sales” he eased the situation smiling. “That’s what fathers do. We make the ice cream economy soar.” “Bye” She laughed standing and sitting at a cute see saw. Waving with a very big smile, she could be seen zooming away.As Ethan headed back home, he remembered the rent he had to pay in a week, as well as the leaky roof that needed fixing. When he stepped inside, the house was quiet. Too quiet, in fact. His father had passed away two years ago and left Ethan the house. Ethan didn’t dare step into the upstairs rooms, as the memories intertwined with the layers of dust made it excruciating to reminisce. kk That morning, though, a drip from the ceiling sent him up to the attic to check for leaks. He hadn’t been there in years. The air was heavy with the smell of old wood and forgotten things. Boxes of books, faded photographs, and broken furniture sat under a single small window. And then he saw it a wooden box carved with strange patterns. Inside, nestled on black velvet, was a silver pocket watch. It was beautiful, with delicate hands and tiny gears visible through a glass panel. But it was also… warm, as if it had been in someone’s hand just moments ago. Ethan frowned. His father had never been a collector, and he didn’t remember seeing this before. Still, something about it felt… important. When he wound the small key at its side, the watch ticked once — loudly — and then his kitchen clock downstairs rang as if an hour had passed. But Ethan was sure only a second had gone by. He laughed nervously. “Weird.” Later that day, strange things started happening. At the factory where he worked, Ethan was behind schedule and knew he’d miss the bus home. Out of habit, he checked the watch — and felt a rush, as if the world slowed down around him. He finished his work, packed up, and somehow still caught the bus… only to look at his phone and realize it was an hour earlier than it should have been. That night, Ethan tested it again. He wound the watch, and time seemed to… stretch. He washed dishes, folded laundry, even read a bedtime story to Lily, all in what felt like minutes — but when he checked the clock, he still had the whole evening left. By the third test, he knew it was impossible. The watch wasn’t just strange. It was stealing hours from somewhere — giving them to him now, but leaving a heavy ache in his chest, like he’d lost something precious. The fourth time, a shadow appeared at his window. A tall man in a long coat stood outside in the rain, watching the house. When Ethan opened the door, the man was gone — but in the distance, a car engine started. That night, Ethan lay awake, the watch on his nightstand ticking softly. He didn’t know where it had come from, or why it seemed to bend time to his will. But deep down, he felt a warning. Some gifts aren’t meant to be kept. And somewhere in the dark, the man in the long coat picked up his phone and said, “I’ve found it. The watch is active again.”
