Gerald pov

It's been two months since my birthday and almost one month since we moved into the new house. It takes us thirty minutes to go to work every day and the same to return but I don't mind and Bella looks ok with it. The air outside the town is refreshing and the quality of our life is better.

“I can't wait to have a shower and lay on the bed.” my angel says and I squeeze her hand. Is my fault actually that she is tired every day. She finishes earlier than me but I like to keep her in my office until I'm done too. Cruel I know but with my work hours I will see her only at home and not for long

“I'm sorry to keep you every day more. But like that I have more time with you” I say and look at her.

“I don't mind. Like that we do shower together” She leans toward me

“And you know how much I like having a shower with you”

“I know,” I say and I give her I kiss

“It's Friday. We don't work tomorrow. How about a long relaxing bath”

“With wine”

“Yes”

“And candles”

“I love it,” she says and exciting

“Great. I will prepare everything. You go to choose the wine”

“Ok. I'm in the mood for red tonight”

“Red it is then,” I say and I kiss her palm. She smiles at me

“You know I love you, don't you?”

“I know. I love you too. You are my hulk” she says and I chuckle

“My angel”

“You start having grey hair,” she says and caresses my hair

“I know, the stress from work” I say annoying

“Don't be like that. They are good for you. You are more mature, sexier”

“Yeah”

“Yes. And I was looking at you before at the office with your classes” she says bitting her lower lip

“Yes and?” I ask and I go inches from her lips

We entered the home and she went for the wine and I walked to the bathroom. I take off my jacket and I roll my shirt sleeves. I start the water and check the heat. I start getting the addresses and wait for Bella.

“I bring snacks for the wine”

“Aaa, this is heaven,” Bella says when she is in and rests on my chest. I caress her arms

“It is when I'm with you,” I say and I kiss her head. Weirdly, I always believed that relationships cost you freedom, that women are possessive and they don't let you breathe. At least some of them that I met. So that makes me scared to share my life with someone. But I know now that I haven't met Bella before. She is, how I say it. She is for me. She gives what I want and whatever I give her is enough for her. She doesn't demand more time. I do that in this relationship. I never thought that I would have a bath with a woman and I was going to enjoy it. So it's true what they say, never say never.

But this woman broke all the walls, I fell in love, I live with her, I let her have her opinion on everything, I share everything with her without problem, I let her in my life and if I marry one day definitely will be Bella.

“Are you ok?” she asks and touches my hand

“Yeah”

“Your breath becomes faster,” Bella says and turns her head

“Yes, I'm ok angel. I was thinking about work and...”

“You did everything you needed to do. Stop worrying and enjoy your free time now. Ok?” she says worriedly

“OK, angel. You are right. I'm sorry”

“I don't want to invite sorry. All week you work day and night, don't you think I haven't seen your work on your laptop at night?” She looks at me straight in my eyes. I smile sweetly

“The weekends are for relaxation,” she says and she looks front again with her back resting on my cheek

“I love you, of course, I care If you work 24/7. Is bad for your health, if I don't come for lunch at your office you don't even eat”

“You don't. Robert says you eat two bites and then you throw it away”

The next day I find Bella in the pool enjoying the sun.

“I thought was better to let you sleep,” she says and she swims to me

“Did anyone call?”

“Your mom and Robert”

“Your mom reminded us about the lunch tomorrow and Robert said that everything is good with the contract, they will be Monday morning at your office for the signs on.”

“Amazing. Anything else?”

“No. You are free all weekend” she says and I take a sip from my coffee

“Eat something, not only coffee”

“Yes Mom”

“Haha funny,” she says and I shake my head. Is so sweet that she cares so much. She will be a very caring mom to our kids. God this again, since when you think about marriage and kids Jerry. I see Bella lying on the water

‘Since you met Bella. She is the one and only I say to myself. Ok don't panic, it doesn't have to be now. We have time. She loves you, you love her, time will tell.

I finished my breakfast and I went upstairs to put my bath swim. All day we stay in, play in the pool, we eat lunch. Watching movies, I like that in Bella. She is happy with the simple things. No nightclubs, no gifts, no fancy restaurants. The only she needs is me and a good movie.

When she fell asleep as we cuddled on the couch I took her to the bed. I lay her on the bed and I sit on the bed looking at her. One woman for the rest of my life? Sure why not, the only I want is that woman for the rest of my life. My angel...
