Carina POV
We are all gathered in our luxurious hotel suite. I know I slept the entire way to Houston, but I still feel tired. However, I am too excited to have Jason here to go to bed.
“Tell me everything,” I invite, making myself comfortable on the sofa. “How’s the cat and did you finally sell that property on Unitas Street?”
“You know everything,” Jason laughs, still cradling Rick. “You call me once a week, remember?”
“I know,” I roll my eyes. “But it’s not the same as seeing you.”
Rick starts fussing and Mason steps closer.
“I’ll go change him,” he takes Rick from Jason. “The two of you should talk. I’ll bring him to you when he needs to feed.”
Smiling, I watch Mason leave with Rick and my heart warms. Not only is my mate handsome as hell, but he is also a great husband and fath
