I hang up the phone and rest back into my office chair. Everything is going fine for now, Nora is adjusting well in her new job and I’ve managed to keep her out of the other businesses, for now at least. I will only be completely relieved when the cargo trade goes well in two weeks. Li Tanaka and César Bernard are both no mafia bosses to mess with and once this trade is done I want to take Nora on vacation to visit my grandmother in France. I grab all the papers laying on my desk and put them back behind the hidden wall in my safe before I go to the kitchen to decide what I’m gonna make for dinner tonight.
