Chapter 33
Nora POV A few days pass by and now it’s Saturday 10AM. I’m getting ready for a brunch meeting with Eliza at Earl’s bakery, since I quit my job at Jack’s company we haven’t been able to have breakfast together on Friday so we rescheduled our weekly appointment to Saturday. I’m excited to see her, we have talked on the phone almost everyday but I feel like we both need to adjust to this new ‘normal’ where we don’t see each other everyday. I walk into the living room and see Colin sitting on the kitchen island, eating his breakfast and drinking his coffee. He’s sitting with his back faced at me so I sneak up behind him, wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him on his cheek. “Good morning!” He rubs his hands over my arms and pulls me closer to him. “Morning beautiful.” I let
