Matthew. I've been in newYork for so many years, I'm 5 years old when we go there, mom and I stay there for months, I liked the place so my parents decided that I will be staying there for good..mom was always visiting me..unlike my dad he was always busy taking care of our companies, yes we have a lot of companies, like hotels, malls, constructions and others. I don't know how dad manages all of it, I think manages our companies is the main reason why he didn't have a time for me, he was always busy that he forgot that he had a son who needs him.. we are not close with each other, since I've been in newyork he didn't have a time to see me, text or call me..but mom always did. but now he want me to go back in Manila just to help him to manage our other company? what a good father.. now that I graduated he want me back? now he needs me? and here I am.. I'm back to the place I'm not familiar with. "sir Matthew? " the man in his 50's said, he must be our driver. I nodded. "what took you so long? I've been waiting here in ages. " my brows furrowed. "sorry sir napaka traffic po eh, umalis ako ng maaga sa mansion pero inabot pa din ng traffic. " he said while putting my things in the trunk of the car. "nothing changes, Philippines is always have a heavy traffic, you know that.. that's why next time leave early as possible. " I raised my brows. "noted sir, sorry for the inconvenience" he start the engine and drive. "it's okay, but no more next time.. I hate waiting, just drive fast as you can.. I'm so tired. " I lean on the sit and take a nap. I'm tired as hell. *** I open my eyes when I felt wet kisses all over my face. "what the--mom what are you doing? that's gross, stop it. " "I missed you so much son. " she pull me on the car and hug me tight. "you're overacting mom, we were just together last week. " but I hug her tight too.. I missed her too. "I don't care, I always miss you even we are together like this. " she cupped my face. "I know but don't kissed me like that again, I'm a grown up man now I'm not a small kid anymore. " "no baby, for me you're still my sweet baby boy. " she laugh. "mom! " my brows frowned. mom and our driver laugh. "so where's dad? why I can't see him? don't tell me he's in the company? " my voice cracked. "he is.. you know your dad baby he's always busy. wala na nga siyang time sakin eh, but don't worry uuwi daw siya ng maaga. " mom tap my shoulder. "he know that I'm going home? but still working huh? what I'm I to him mom? I'm I not that important to him? 16 years.. he didn't see me in 16 years mom." I burst in anger, I tried to compose my self but I can't. what kind of father is he? I walked out. "where are you going? " mom shouted. "I just want to breathe fresh air. " I walked as fast as I can but mom follows me. "give me the damn keys. " our driver Shockingly looking at me. "Matthew you are not familiar with the place so take Mang Manuel with you. let him drive. " mom hysterically said. "no I want to be alone, so give me the damn keys mang Manuel. " I shouted at him. he hesitate to give me the keys but grab it angrily. I start the engine and drive as fast as I can.. he is the one who want me to go back but he's not there? f*ck him.. what kinds of father is he? well.. I don't need him anymore, I can do what I want with my life. I'm so angry that I can't think properly.. I don't know where I'm going.. the road here is narrow than I expected, so I think I crashed and hit another car that blocking my way. I want to breath some air but I don't know where I go.. so I decide to go club nalang. drive. drive. untill I saw a Casino. I get out of my car and see inside. what a great place. so many foreigners. but I'm not here to play I'm her to get drunk. "hi handsome, do you need company? " "hey are you alone, want to play? " I heard the ladies say but I'm not interested.. I'm so f*vked up now.. my cellphone is ringing but what the hell I care.. I'm here to enjoy.. I'm so f*cking drunk but still can manage to drive. "sir lasing na po kayo kaya niyo pong mag drive? " the man hand me my keys. "so? dont dictate me, do you want to get fired huh? do you even know who I am? " I proudly said. I start the engine and drive..i think the car behind is following me, "whoaaaa.. this is so exciting! " I shouted.. "chase me f*cker.. that's all you got? weak and pathetic dumbass people. " I grin at the car behind me.. I drive fast as I can I don't care if I hit and crashed car.. that old man can pay them right? what's the point of being rich any way? after a few minutes there are two police cars that chasing after me. I feel so excited. I grin devilishly. "chase me if you can mother f*cker." I f*ck you sign at them while looking at my side mirror. after almost an hour driving, I think I lost them.. I stop my car but my surprise the police car is now approaching in front of me. I'm doomed, there's no way to skip.. "baba." the police man said angrily he kick my car. "what the hell? " I go out on my car. "what do you want? " I said angrily. with furrowed brows. "may nag sumbong samin na may mga binangga kang sasakyan, over speed at iba pa." he come near at me and sniffed"nag drive ka pa habang lasing.. ang dami mong violations young man. " he said while grinning. "pinagod mo pa kaming habolin ka, tinakasan mo kami, dagdag din yan sa violation mo. " "so? what do you want me to do?" I crossed my arms. "sumama ka samin sa presinto. " "that's exciting but I'm not going, just tell me what you want." I get my wallet in my pocket. "aba sira ulo ka ah. " the other police man said in an anger tone.. he touch my collar. but the other police pull him away. "tell me how much dollars do you want? I have no Philippine money right now so dollars will do right? " "aba sumusobra ka na ah.. " his punch landed on my face. I smile at him sarcastically and spit the blood in my mouth. he want to punch me again but the other police push him. "sa presinto ka na mag paliwanag gago. " he said angrily.. he looks like a mad criminal. "yeah let's talk there.. you punched me so hard that my head is spinning my mouth is bleeding.. you call yourself a police man but you're acting like a mad criminal. " I hissed at him.
