They headed back out to the car, getting into it, while Maggie drove Joshua to the lumber yard which was a few miles from the Church. They arrived at Stockman's Lumberyard where they could hear the saws roaring and cutting through the wood as they stepped out of the car.
Joshua took his time to examine the site, looking fascinated by what he saw. At a distance, he saw a large spinning circular saw blade enter the bottom of a wooden log. The saw began to cut the log, and he could hear the high pitch ringing of the blade split the log into boards. Wood chips started to fly in all directions.
