The day of announcing my Luna has come. The last couple of days were filled with preparation for the ceremony. As per the tradition, the Elder of the pack would make a speech and I would claim the future Luna in front of all members. We would then shift into our wolf forms and run together in the woods. Afterwards, there would be a banquet in honor of uniting Silver Moon and Northwest Crescent packs.
“Nate, the guests are here.” Zian informed me using our mind-link.
“Will be there in two minutes.” I was still in my room getting dressed when I caught the familiar scent behind my door. A tired wrinkle appeared on my forehead, I was in no mood for what was coming.
