*Divorced, but not separated*

It is a very cool morning in the city of Lagos as the rays of the sun penetrate from the window to a transparent curtain. my phone alarming so loud, i stretch my right hand to take my phone right on the top of a cupboard close to my bed, my mom shouting from the sitting room "andrea won't you get up from the bed you are late for school" i use my hands to rub my face down to my curled hairs, as i unwrapped my legs from a pink duvet out of the bed ,stood up, feeling so weak and slowly walked straight to the bathroom, had my mouth washed and applied a face mask cream on my face before taking my bath. right on my phone screen, is a message from my best friend Joan. "Good morning Andrea, hoped you had a splendid weekend and a beautiful night rest, it is passed the time are you not coming to school today? i was shocked, my hands on my face -oh my goodness am late for school" i quickly rushed into the bathroom , pulled my clothes, on the tap as i drop a bucket under the tap, water pouring in so fast into the bucket, the bucket was filled with water ,i carried the bucket of water and quickly took a bath and in the next one hour i was done. i hurried straight back into the room, right on my same cupboard ,there are some body lotion ,body sprays and perfumes, with some face powders, lips glosses ,Bangles, necklaces and a pair of Golden watch Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Ref. 116508LN, which costs around $400,000.,applied a body cream on my face, neck ,straight down to shoulder, down to my hands, chest ,breast to both sides of my waist to in between laps to knees and legs and foot, wore a white beautiful paints and a black tight, a pink singlets designed in net and flowers, took some body sprays made with touch of some beautiful hibiscus scent, wore my school dress uniform and Bangles with my golden rolex wrist watch, buckled my necklaces and wore a black shoes polished so well as i carried my bag, with my hands filled with textbooks and notebooks and head straight to the door right in the sitting room, i greeted, hugged and gave my mom a nice kiss on her forehead as she lays her left hand on the left side of my face "I wish you the best of today" i leaves door, as she locked the door behind. sounds of vehicles moving in both lanes, boarded a bus heading to school, arrived and went into the compound, hearing the voices of students and teachers from a distance, i entered the class, painting so hard, as I lay one of my hands on my chest, the teacher facing at the end of the class, as I tiptoed quietly, "hello and why are you coming from, may you please go out ? i was frightened, turned to her direction, my two hands backwards, I am sorry for coming late at this time , pardon me madam, I promise I won't be late again, please forgive me. the maths teacher lets me in. "excuse me madam, your period is over.", is that so. okay I will have to leave, see you in the next class ".as she pick her book from the desk and carries her bag to her right shoulder and leaves the class. my hands inside my bag, Joan coming from the other extreme, her face frowning, as she drops her two hands on my desk, "Andrea why did you come to school late?. i overslept the time, are you for real Andrea she asked? *Time passed, as the bell rings for break time, i and Joan goes out to buy some snacks with chilled soft drink at the shopping mall nearby the school, we bumped into a young handsome gentleman whose name is Andrew who works at the shopping mall, we both exchanged greetings and pleasantries. Andrew: Hi nice to meet you, my name is Andrew what can we offer you Joan: nice to meet you too, both shakes hands with a smile on their faces. she said to andrew, meet my friend Andrea , Andrea meet Andrew, I was wearing a shy face, with my chicks colored in red, his eyes pouring into the necklines of my breast in my dress, I could not hesitate, my eyes straight into his eyes shaped with dark full eyebrows, "nice to meet you", as we both walked in to get some meat pies with a chilled soft drinks too. heading back to the exit door, Andrew from a distance waved his hands, "thank you for your patronage we hope to see you both again", we both turned with a smile on our faces, it is our pleasure from here too as we leave the exit doors back to school. I was an inch away, imagining his looks. Joan walked up to me, as we both walked in leg to leg, she whispered, "Andrea what was that act at the shopping mall". -oh c'mon it was nothing, I was only being shy, that guy is so cute, his eyebrows, and tiny shaped eyes too. grasped, claping her hands, her face turning to both directions as she folds her hands under her armpit with a smile on her face. "what, your phone?. -yes, my phone, I must have left it at the counter after I must have made the transfer. running back to the shopping mall, my heart beating so fast. "Andrea! Andrea! Andrea!, I look in a direction, it is Andrew, I stopped, my shoes covered with dust. "hi you left your phone at the counter". I exhaled out my hands on my chest as I quickly gave him a hug, I can feel his bears on the right side of my face. i pulled out immediately as he stretches his right hand, giving my phone to me with an attractive smile, his eyebrows goes interlock, his eyes shaped so tiny. -thank you so much Andrew I almost lost that if weren't for you. I turned back to the building, seeing the students coming down in numbers as they were arranging themselves in queues, Joan in the balcony screaming my name, as I quickly ran with books on my hands, looking untidy with sweats all over me, "Andrea! what has kept you long, did you see your phone, -oh God, am so tired, yes I saw my phone from Andrew, looking into my phone is Andrew's message. hi Andrea, I guess I could check up on you Andrea! seeing Joan grinning from the corner of my eyes.
