SD corporation, Las Vegas

"Mr.King ...Mr.James King and Mrs. Williams are here to meet you",David's secretary informed him.

"Let them in...."David ordered his secretary.

"Papa ...Is it Jamipa ?Is he here to meet me?",

Siyara asked David cutely.

"Yes baby",David said pinching her nose.

"Yeah..."she squealed. 

"So you just like your Jamipa only...You don't love me",Alan pouted like a baby.

"I love you too.."Siyara said kissing Alan's nose.

"Where is my cutie pie?"..James walked in asking Siyara along with Amanda.

"Jamipa....You don't love me ..Why you din come to see me?",she asked giving James an adorable glare.

"I was busy baby...but now I will visit you often",James said kissing her cheeks.

"Pinky promise".

"Yes cutie pie".

"Hello Mrs.Williams..."Siyara greeted Amanda who looked at her own daughter with a pained expression.

"Hello my baby,mama...I mean I missed you too..."she said taking little Siyara in her hands.

"Do you know my mama?..."she asked Amanda innocently.

"I-I..."Amy stuttered.

"My Mama has gone to a long vacation...that's what Jamipa and Lenma told me.When will she comeback?Am I beautiful like her?" ,she asked Amanda pointing towards Siya's  photo on David's desk.

"Baby..I'm your..."

"Mrs.Williams..Why are you here?",David asked her curtly.

"Dad it's been 4 years..will you not forgive me atleast now?",she asked David sadly.

"Address me as Mr.King and it's better you stop associating with me and Siyara.It's for her own good",David said sternly.

"And Alan please take Siyara outside..."he instructed Alan who took Siyara outside.

"Please dad...I mean Mr.King...May I visit her atleast once every month.Please I beg you..."Amy started crying.

"Listen Mrs.Williams...we have discussed this before...if your  husband finds out about Siyara...I don't want to risk her life...so don't even try to come near her",he warned her.

"I know dad...I'm sorry ...it's just when I saw her I couldn't control my emotions",Amy said wiping her tears.

"Mr.King ...I'm here to speak about King corporation",Amy addressed her dad professionally.

"What about it?it's been handled by dad right?"

"Son...I'm not getting any younger and Amanda is still suffering from depression.So I would like you to resume your position in Kings corporation again.Let bygones be bygones...let's start over.Forgive Amy son...Siya would have never wanted to hold any grudge against anyone,James tried to console his son.

"Will you forgive me dad?will mom forgive me?",he asked his father sadly.

James didn't respond to his son's questions because even though he was ready to give his son a chance,he was sure that his wife would never forgive her son.

"She will forgive you eventually",he replied.

"Yes eventually...but I have not forgiven myself dad..I have not...it hurts that things could have been different if I had not forced her to marry me...she would have been alive...I could have watched her living happily from afar...I was toxic for her...my whole family was toxic for her.Now I'm living my pathetic life alone just because of my selfishness and the only thing that keeps me from going insane is Siyara.And Mrs.Williams you gave up her rights to me the day she was born",he vented out his frustration.

Amy nodded her head with tears streaming down her eyes.After Siya's death everything or rather everyone changed.Andrew never bothered to care for Amanda and he was drowning himself in his sorrow for losing his beloved Siya.He cursed himself for not trusting Siya.The man who was just a social drinker suddenly turned into a downright alcoholic drinking himself to the oblivion to reduce his pain and guilt.But as promised he never divorced Amanda and mentally tortured her by accusing and taunting her of her misdeeds every single day.He forbid her from taking his name and when she accidentally took his name one day,he punished her by slashing his entire body with a razor.Amanda was so scared for his life to the point that she stopped taking  his name after that day.She suffered from the guilt of being the reason for an innocent's death.It plunged her into severe depression.Her dad and grandmother had disowned her.Drew had cut all the ties to Nick and Serena as well and forbid Amy to keep in touch with them as well.

Amy's pregnancy was not complicated but she was not at all happy.She had loved Drew even before she knew the meaning of love.Her mistake was that she failed to confess it to him before Siya had entered his life.She was so deeply in love with him that she failed to differentiate between right and wrong in her battle to win her love for herself.She had indeed won him...but her victory was pathetic because she had lost every relationship including Drew in the end.Was it worth it?she often questioned herself.But she knew the answer and she regretted hurting Siya in her quest for love.Her victory was nothing but a disastrous defeat.She had lost everything including her sanity in the end.The only thing that kept her going was her little girl she was carrying in her womb.But she dreaded that the happiness will be short lived as Drew had decided to give up the child for adoption as soon as she was born and he was adamant on his decision.She had begged him to not punish their child for her wrong doings,but Drew threatened her with his life.She had only loved him her entire life that she would rather kill herself than watch the love of her life die in front of her eyes.so she decided to give up her child as her punishment for hurting Siya.But fate had other plans on the day of her delivery.

Flashback

"Drew...please pick up the phone...I'm in labour..."Amy cried on the phone holding her  stomach wincing in pain.But as usual the call went to his voicemail.

She dialled the emergency number and informed them that she need help as she was in labour.She wanted to call David but hesitated as he had cut all ties with her.

She dialled Serena and told her that her water broke.Serena informed Nick and he reached Drew's home even before the ambulance arrived.He placed her on the car and rushed to the hospital in no time.But as he sped the car ,Nick didn't notice a truck coming from the wrong side.Amy was in pain and she screamed noticing the truck,

"Nick....Watch out...."but it was too late and the car toppled over injuring both of them.

When she came back to her sense,Amy found herself at a hospital with wires and tubes attached to her.

She touched her stomach and saw that her baby bump was gone and she had severe pain on her abdomen.

"My baby..."she cried.

"Relax Amanda...."a familiar voice comforted her.She looked at the source of the voice and saw that it was her dad.She cried hugging him."Dad...m-my baby...is she...tell me she is alright.."

"Shhh...you need rest and yes your baby is fine...doctors have taken her for photo light therapy",David consoled his daughter.

"Dad ...how did you know?And Nick...where's Nick?Is he alright?"

"Nick's dad informed me.Nick has undergone a surgery and is in induced coma.Well...we have to wait until he comes out of coma".

"Dad...Drew ...where is Drew?"

"I have no idea where Drew is...his phone is switched off ...How irresponsible of him to leave you alone in such a condition?"David had rushed to the hospital as soon as he got the news of Amy's accident. She was in critical condition and had lost a lot of blood but they had delivered the baby successfully.But chances of her survival was low and she was going in and out of consciousness.

"Don't blame Andrew, dad.It's my Karma,she sobbed.But I don't want my daughter to suffer for my bad deeds.I know dad...you have not forgiven me,yet you care for me.But just for this once help me dad.I want my daughter to be raised by you and I don't want Drew to know that I safely gave birth to our child or he will give my child away".

"What the hell?..is he mad or what?",David shouted at his daughter in disbelief. 

"He wants to punish me for hurting Siya by giving up our child to another family".

"But why punish a child for the parent's misdeeds..."David was furious at Drew and sympathetic towards his daughter's misery.But she had brought this upon  herself. 

"Dad please adopt my daughter and don't let Drew know of it.I will give up my rights on her.Even if I survive I promise to stay away from her.I will be content that you are raising her.."she held his hand begging him to take care of her daughter. 

"Dad ...Call Alan right now...",she sobbed.

"Mrs.Williams....I see you are awake...Don't strain yourself...And here is your little girl..."the nurse came in showing her the little angel she had brought to this world.But Amanda turned her face away too afraid to see her child.She was scared that if she held her once she would not be able to let her go.

David couldn't make a decision seeing his daughter's condition.But he didn't want his grand child to suffer because of their selfishness.So he decided to adopt his granddaughter and raise her as his own.David ordered the nurse to hand over the child to him.When he held the little munchkin in his hand for the first time ,David suddenly felt a desire to live...to live for this little angel who held his finger in a tight grip.David like his daughter was suffering from depression and the little angel he held in his hands showed him a ray  of light in his darkness filled life.

"Dad...what are you going to name her?",Amy asked him.

"Siyara...",he answered smiling at the baby for the first time in months.

"Siyara...",Amy mumbled before she slipped into coma again.

Flashback ends

Amy remained in coma for 6 months after her child's birth and when she came out of coma,she gave up her rights on Siyara legally.Drew was still behaving the same with Amy and blamed her for losing the child.He started bringing different women to his house just to hurt Amy.Amy bore everything because she knew it was her fault that Drew had turned into a heartless person.But she yearned for her daughter and always looked at her baby from afar.She was too scared to let Drew know that their baby was alive,she dreaded that he will give up her daughter to an unknown family.She knew that her dad had raised and protected her child well.But she knew her desire to hear her  little Siyara call her mom will never be fulfilled.And on top of that David had warned her to stay away from Siyara and had made his little angel acknowledge Siya as her mother.But Amy never complained...she was happy that her baby was safe with her dad.Only James,Lena and Alan knew of Siyara's identity.For the rest of the world,Siyara was David's adopted child.

"David...have you decided to come back to Kings corporation ",James asked him again.

"Dad...I don't want to be part of that company anymore. And I have cut my ties with Mrs.Williams",David said in a determined tone.

"David stop punishing yourself.It's enough...you have suffered enough...And Amy ...she is so unlucky that her own daughter regards someone else as her mother.And Drew's wayward lifestyle reminds her of her mistakes every single day.What more do you want her to suffer.It's time to move on,Son",James advisedhis son.

"It's never enough,dad...my sufferings are never enough...I need to suffer more for hurting my Siya.I am nobody to forgive Mrs.Williams.It's just Siyara's presence in my life that makes me want to live...otherwise I would have been dead by now",David replied.

"Papa...when are we going to Italy for Uncle Ian's wedding",Siyara asked running towards David and jumping on David's lap.

"I'm sorry David..."Alan apologized coming inside..."she just became uncontrollable and wanted to see you".

"It's ok Alan".

"David...Are you going to Italy and is Ian getting married?",James asked surprised at Siyara's revelation. 

"Yes dad... we are going to Italy and it's Ian's sister's marriage.."David replied seeing his dad's reaction.

"She is getting married?..."James asked deep in thought.

"Dad...you know his sister...I am amused?Ian never disclosed his family details to anyone yet you seem to know about his family".

"It's just ...nothing...Are you taking Siyara with you?",James replied diverting the topic.

"Yes dad...I can't afford to miss her even for a day",he replied kissing Siyara's head.

"Son...I hope you will reconsider your decision and rejoin Kings corporation once you come back from Italy .I just pray that  our family and business will be united once again like olden days after this Italy trip of yours".

"Dad,I..."

"All you need is a change now,Son...And may Italy bring a positive and happy change in you",James replied before leaving David's office with Amanda.
