In the past week, there has been an increase in my level of nervousness. Approximately an hour before the ceremony was due to begin, I was running back and forth in the bathroom, as Darla was waiting outside the bathroom door pleading with me to come

out. The ceremony was due to begin in approximately an hour. I couldn't do this! Honestly, I don't know how I will be able to accomplish this! Don't worry, woman! You have nothing to worry about! You have to stay calm and collected at all times while we

are going to be queens in the near future. I was trying to comfort myself as Laura tried to soothe me with her words as she attempted to comfort me with her words. It was with a calming breath that I exhaled that I responded and nodded to confirm my

understanding. In my opinion, she gave the right advice. Taking a deep breath and calming down were important for me to do. There was no doubt in my mind that this day would come. Since the day I was born, it was clear to me that I would become a

queen. It was a relief to see Darla looking relieved when I opened the bathroom door. It's true! I am grateful to be able to enter the temple again. Come, let's make you up and get you dressed. Oh, don't forget your make up!" she shrieked. Suddenly, my white dress

and smiled back at her. In the same room as your mate, two people entered at the same time and I was instructed to follow them in the hope that your mate would be waiting for us when we got there. It took me a moment to comprehend how magnificent

Remus looked in his black suit, with light blue silk tie, his dark hair had been slicked back, and his eyes were stunning. As I descended the stairs, I found myself quite in awe of how magnificent he looked. I could feel his gaze towards me as soon as I

reached the bottom of the hill, and after a moment or two, as he descended, he turned around and looked at me with a look that swept down my body, then slowly back up to my face once again. I felt my stomach flutter with hunger as his gray eyes

darkened with desire. He approached me, taking my hand in his, and he began to walk over to me. Then he whispered in my ear, before kissing my cheek, "You are absolutely beautiful." I could hear him whisper in my ear. There was a feeling of nearly rising to

my cheeks as I sat there. Then I said shyly, "Thank you for taking the time to ask. I think you look handsome yourself and you keep up really well.". At this point, I was one of those people who looked down on everyone else as we both walked towards

the stage. Everyone was staring and whispering at us. Taking a shaky breath, I shook my head and said, "I love you terribly, Luna." I heard my father’s voice calling out to us as we walked up onto the stage. My father called to me “I love you too, Remus.” I

walked up to him, and he beckoned us to come closer. He turned to the crowd as soon as we stood beside him. The king said, "This night, we are here to proclaim the new rulers as our new King and Queen. We will pledge our loyalty to our rulers, so they will

be able to lead our nation for many years ahead." He looked at us for a few seconds and then continued. As a gift to you, I must crown you the Queen of the werewolves." He said, putting a small silver tiara on my head and declaring me the Queen of the

werewolves. I could not have been any prouder of him than I was when he turned to Remus who stood tall. It is my pleasure to crown you King of the werewolves, Remus, the mate of our Queen." As she placed a silver crown on his head, Laura was

wagging her tail with pride. We were pulled toward the crowded room by my father, who grabbed them both by the arms. As he shouted out the words, "Your King and Queen!" I was in awe. A roar of applause and hooting immediately erupted from the

room as the audience cheered. It didn't take me long to spot Aspen in the crowd after scanning the crowd for a while. He waved back at me and I returned the gesture with a wink as I smiled and waved, and then he turned and disappeared out of the door with

a wave ahead of him. In spite of the fact that I was unable to say goodbye properly to my best friend, I knew it wasn't going to be my last time seeing them. After all I had been through, I finally had the mate I always dreamed of, and even after all we have been

through, I knew over the years we were only going to strengthen until we were one, so I stood proudly. It was only a few seconds later that Remus turned around and kissed me softly as he mouthed 'I love you' I didn't hesitate to run into his arms as I grasped his

back and slashed my lips against his as I turned to see if everyone was watching as I kissed him. In the midst of a rowdy crowd, all I could hear was my mate, the king of the kingdom, kissing my lips over and over again! Then, before turning to leave, he gave

her a wink and a kiss, then he turned and walked out the door with a wink. The thought of not being able to say my final goodbye to my best friend made my heart ache, but I had the knowledge that it would not be my last meeting. There was something special about him, I finally had

the mate I had always wanted, and despite the hardships we have been through over the years, I knew we would only become closer as we grew older. The moment I looked at Remus, it wasn't much longer than a second after I looked at him that he turned

and smiled at me softly and mouthed 'I love you' softly in return. I didn't hesitate to run into his arms, I didn't care if everyone saw us, I grabbed the back of his neck and smacked his lips with mine. All that I could focus on was my mate, my king, as the

crowd kept getting louder and louder as he stood in front of me.
