#25 the trial and a twist
the drive to the court was short but it felt like it took hours. Abby was nervously fidgeting and trying to calm herself before they arrived there. the driver stopped in front of the court and got out holding the door open for David. David stepped out and then turned holding his hand out for Abby to take. she placed her hand in his and she felt him squeeze it as if trying to give her the strength he had for her to make it through the day.
