#24 a surprise mate
over the next few days Abby prepared her office for the temporary hire. she waited at her desk today she would be showing her around and meeting the person filling in her shoes. Abby was a nervous wreck. she was having a hard time having to give up control and let it go to someone else. she looked over the resume and the girl was highly educated and very capable of stepping in. Abby knew she was a perfect fit but Abby had worked so hard to make sure these projects were taken care of and stepping back was weighing on her mind but there was more. the trial was starting soon for Carole and Abby was determined not to miss a day of it. she already got the ok from the doctor and David was satisfied the doctor had signed off on it.
