I was trying to pinpoint him, pick him out of the crowd. I was so focused I forgot about Adam and his two littles.
“Is everything ok?” Adam’s voice broke through my concentration.
“Garret, Derrick find him,” I commanded telepathically. I didn’t want to lose Valdis. I would join them in the hunt right after I got Adam and his children on their way. I needed them to get safely to their car and away from here. I needed them safely away from Valdis or I would not be able to concentrate.
