One Last Hug

Wendy flinched when she heard the gunshot. She opened her eyes, and to her surprise she still remained intact. Grey also looked taken aback for a brief moment before he realized that Kaiser was able to unshackle himself from the ropes that held his hand and was able to knock down one of the men stationed to guard him with just his hands while the other lay dead on the floor. Grey had pulled the trigger to shoot Kaiser when he noticed his escape, but the latter was fast. Kaiser was able to pull the other guy in front of him, making him a human shield. He tossed the lifeless body to the side after he took the guard’s g*n.
