35 When he quickly swipes the keycard and opens the door, it dawns on me that this might finally actually be happening. A delicious mix of nerves and anticipation swirl down my spine as I walk into the room and see that my belongings have been brought up here. “I sweet-talked maintenance into moving your stuff,” he reveals, without making me ask. I can’t quite picture Shay flirting with a gruff maintenance man. Perhaps my stereotypical assumption is incorrect and, in actuality, a gorgeous young woman works in the hotel’s maintenance department.
