Jamie takes me to where the crew has set up and is filming for the day. One of the resort’s pools has been cleared of any other guests, and blocked off for the production. Ruthie is wearing giant black sunglasses and a huge floppy hat as she basks in a lounge chair. She already looks like a pampered movie star.
Andrew and the rest of her family are scattered about in the shade, drinking frozen concoctions with cute colorful paper umbrellas hanging over the sides. It dawns on me then that we are missing some vital people for the wedding.
