Chapter 43

Hayden was pacing around the room. His team was searching everywhere they can for Avelyn. "Any sign of her?" Hayden looked at the computer screen. "No Sir, not yet." Hayden and Jayden were directing Jayden's men to search for Avelyn in the suspected areas. Nathan sighed. "It has already been eight hours. What shall we do now?" "Let's try our best to find her," Jayden patted Nathan's shoulder. Suddenly the door opened and one of Hayden's guards ran in with a phone. "Sir! They have found her!" He shouted. Hayden quickly walked towards him and took the phone. Jayden and Nathan watched as he ended the call shortly. "Where is she?" Nathan asked. "Galgart." "Why have they taken her there? Where do you think she really is?" Hayden inquired. Hayden shook his head. "I don't know why they took her, but I know where exactly she is." "How?" Nathan frowned. Hayden smirked. "Why do you think the other powerful men are afraid of me? Anything is possible when you have your eyes and ears at every corner." Nathan nodded in understanding. "How do we get her now?" "I have a plan," he signalled them to follow him out of the room. ......... "Hello Avelyn! Had a good sleep?" Kaden asked, entering the cell. Avelyn was still lying on the hard cold floor, breathing heavily. Having beaten up hour after hour, she was exhausted. She groaned as she was kicked harshly at her side. "Get up!" Kedan ordered. But Avelyn didn't have any strength in her to even move a mussel. She hissed in pain when she was pulled up to a sitting position. She looked in the eyes of Kedan who crouched in front of her. He was observing her. His eyes bore the look of a cruel scientist who was observing the animal he had injected wih some chemical. "You know what, I have never seen a ghost till now." Sarcasm was dripping from his voice. He pushed his bottem lip out. "Now that I've seen you, I think that it's a pity they are soooo weak!" He grinned. Avelyn glared at him in reply. She didn't have anything to say to the creep in front of her. "Shall we begin?" Keadan asked, and Avelyn was pulled up to stand. She bent down, clutching onto her stomach when he began the torturing with a painful punch in her stomach. She was being flew in every direction whith every hit she recieved. Avelyn hit the side of the small table that was placed inside the cell room. She held onto it with one arm for support, and tried to punch Kedan in he face. The punch was weak, and she staggered forward, only to be pushed back against the edge of the table with the force of Kedan's hit. She fell on her knees.
