After 975312468 years, we finally made it back to where we were earlier.
I didn't know that it was that far, we were running for a kinda long time while searching for Patricia.
Joshua: We lost someone again, huh.
We stopped in front of the store, the place was clear so we sat down to rest for a while...
Everyone was quiet. Some curled with their head down, some just staring blankly somewhere and I’m here, examining each of them.
Some survivors our age from another school passed by, running. But we were tired and none of them probably noticed us.
After a few minutes, we notice the sky is kinda blue and again, after minutes, We saw the sunrise.
Mark Vincent: We survived through the first night, huh
Eliza: Yeah...
Rio: I'm kinda proud for us though
Cedrick: People died, Rio.
Chryzalyn: We did lost Tricia, Christian, Ayen and Patty.
Jenina: Oh god, within just a night.
Silence covered us for a moment.
Pollyanna: I wonder how our families are...
Margareth: I know you guys thought about it too.
Steven: Thought about what?
Catherine: Going first to your family when we were still in the schoolgrounds.
Joshua: But you guys thought about it too, right? The selfishness.
I looked at them and saw them looking down.
Robeen: Thank you for coming all the way here.
Ian: We had no choice—I mean we had but—
Robeen: I understand that’s why I’m thanking you all.
Catherine: But I'm sure some of you may have realized this, too.
We all looked at her.
She was about to continue when Joshua cut her off.
Joshua: We can't go to each of our families and save them, right?
Allaiza: What? Why?
Margareth: Some of our families may have been bitten or perhaps one of them by now. If we go and save each of them, it can only lead us to what happened to Patty or danger in general.
Joshua: And take note that we are only 6th Graders and young, we can't fight that well and we aren't that strong
Robeen: Please, everyone. Can we all just stay together? Until the end…
If this has an end.

I can see that they're all smiling.
Eliza: We are still here to help
Jenina: And also, please, try and help us too with your skills and all.
Justice Friends, that’s what they call their group, consisting of Rio, Ian, Cedrick, Steven, Blooming and Mark Vincent, despite the situation, they are smiling
Blooming: We are looking forward to see what we can do
Steven: Please try and help us through this apocalypse
Ian: Try and test us
Rio: How about a battle if Boys vs. Girls?
Mark Vincent: Boy, what are you saying?
We laughed at them
Funny, even though we are here in this apocalypse which feels like living hell for us, we still managed to smile and laugh.
I wish, this moment would never end, seeing those smiling and happy faces of ours.
