Two hours later, Maddie was doing great. She'd only fallen down a few more times, before her natural instincts took over, and was picking everything up easily, so I convinced her to try the biggest slope, and hardest path, which she reluctantly agreed to.
We were back on the lift, and I looked over at her, her nose and cheeks were pink, and I was so tempted to kiss her.
I could no longer control myself or my hands, and I reached over, and took her face in my hands, and pulled her mouth to mine. Her lips were cold, and she was shivering slightly, and I pulled back.
''Are you cold?''
''Yes, it's freezing'' She smiled at me.
